Since 2014/2015 when my Mother & Grandmother passed, every Mother's Day since has been emotionally tough.
So every year after 2015, I visit Rose Hills near, on or after Mother's Day to help me with my emotions.
I also make it a point to visit the Flower Shop which is located to the right after entering Rose Hills. Of course there are flowers along with snacks and drinks as well. If you need a map (if available), staff who is Above & Beyond will give you one.
I just want to take a moment with tears running down my face for those of you who still have their Mother, Grandmother or both. Enjoy/Cherish the moments. Once it's gone...it is final. Also if you are on bad terms with your parents, fix it as soon as possible. Although my Mother & Grandmother are gone, it brings comfort to me that we were on good terms and to hear I Love You before they passed. Again, comfort.

I usually order funeral flower in Chinese flowers shop. This time because the pandemic, services is hold at grave side. I am not sure the lot name, I am afraid other flower shop will deliver to wrong place. So I call Rose Hills flower shop. First the person take my order don’t even tell me I can select the color of the roses.
And at the day of service , thanks god I was there 15mins earlier. I don’t see the flowers. So I call them Immediately. The person on the phone ask me my order number, then said oh, I think we made your order. Let me check, then said it is on the way. I strongly believe it is still in their shop. If I was not there and call, it probably will not delivered.
I checked the reviews found out I am not the only one have this kind of experience. How the famous Rose Hills own flower shop can make this kind of mistake. Very disappointed. They will not have my business anymore in the future.

For such a beautiful place I've gotten mediocre service. Flowers are not super fresh sometimes. I've never asked for a discount nor have they offered me one. Haven't bought flowers in over 1 yr. I've saved alot of money and time not shopping there. I get my carnations at trader joes where I can get them fast, fresh and cheaper.
I was heartbroken that I was not able to be with my family to attend my mother’s services, then to receive a call from Rose Hills florist a day later to notify me that my order was not processed and no flowers were placed at the service. My mom loved flowers all her life and at this sad day there were none for her to say my goodbye. I will never forget this day. I trusted Rose Hills.
I am so pleased with the service at Rosehills flower shop. I was helped by Kathy. Kathy is an awesome employee. She was so helpful and courteous. I will definitely be shopping there again!
