The only place I trust for my wife and daughter's nails. Donna Flawless is very charismatic, and always keeps it fun and interesting.

I have been going to Donna for over 10 years. She always gives me the best service and I would not think of going anywhere else! My color is always perfect and she always cuts my hair exactly as I want. I would be lost with out her!

I have been a customer at Flawless for 10 years and not once have I EVER heard of an incident like Bobbie Skies described because 1) Donna has the experience that makes mistakes like that super unlikely and 2) Donna would NEVER let someone walk out of her shop without fixing something like that if it did occur. One of her greatest skills is fixing the mistake that other hair stylist make. I cannot count how many times I have been at the shop when the phone rings with an upset woman calling to explain what has happened to her hair. Donna calmly listens, explains what the possibilities are to fix it or to deal with the issue until a fix can be done and generally tells the lady to come on over as soon as she can. No matter how booked she is, the upset woman is treated with great kindness and tenderness, making the bad situation better.

And yes, we all do hear about her whole life, no filter. But that's part of the fun of going to Flawless! I go as much for the floor show as for the magnificent beauty treatments. There is never a dull moment as I sit to let my color set and there is always three or four other clients in various stages of beautification adding to the hilarity.

And yes, there is space for tattoos and boutique items. But again, that only adds to the atmosphere of fun and excitement. I go in every six weeks religiously and it is never the same place twice. I love the refreshing creativity Donna expresses in her surroundings -- it is just who she is!

Flawless is not just the name of the shop but a mind set, a mantra, a vision Donna holds for everyone that walks into her salon. She celebrates with you every special occasion she preps you for, even if that special occasion is just the way you look everyday.

Okay so Emily was fantastic, I called and she got my daughter in right away for cut and color looks great!! Also she cut my grandsons hair which is a very very hard job. He hates getting it cut. Emily was super patient and so kind she did everything she could possibly do to ensure he was happy! She went above and beyond.
