Had the worst experience ever yesterday when I went in for my pedicure. Mia literally CUT ME and she kept saying “it’s ok”. I was so excited to have some relaxation time and I could not wait for this pedicure to end. She was not experienced at all, not even in removing gel polish. She kept burning me with the machine removing my gel polish from my toes. That’s has NEVER happened to me before. Such a shame. I kept telling her she was CUTTING ME and she did not care. I only tipped out of common courtesy.

I went in there for gel pedicure and for an SNS manicure. I had an gel manicure previously that needed to come off. All together that would have cost me approx $80. They had the nerve to tell me that it would cost me $5.00 to remove my nail polish. Then we all know they would have expected a Tip for a rush job. This is my issue why are we allowing them to keep raising prices to be rushed through!! Not only that how come these nail salons become angry when we uses credit cards.... Is this another way they could hide money from the US government and not pay their fare amount??? I believe they should be force to have to pay their employees fair wages. I am tired of their workers thinking it's mandated to get a tip when their work is not equivalent. I am tired of them bullying me for tips, running a guilt trip.

The nail polish they used on a single purchase cost 13.99 for gel but they are purchasing things in bulk which make it alot cheaper for them. A regular pedicure is 25 dollars now Why do we allow that to happen especially when most of us feel this way. Our vanity keeps them in business so I don't understand their motives with their prices or their treatment

Had a pedicure and gel fingernails done. The girls are so sweet and they did a great job! I got lots of compliments.

I went here after a poor dip powder job done elsewhere. Eva fixed my nails and took her time. And not too bulky the way it was. Thanks Eva!

Today I had a very good pedicure by Eva and gel nail powder done by Lily. Both Eva and Lily did amazing job. First lady is a great place, everyone so professional and they keep everything very clean. You dont need appointment but I like to make one in case they may be very busy.

I've been coming here for years! for convenience I have tried other nails salons with girlfriends and always end up coming back. The staff is amazing and personable, the language barrier is minimum, and the facility is clean.

Not to mention they do an amazing job and exhibit a ton of patience with me and my indecisions and 3 kids!

They expanded the salon last year and it looks great! I’ve been going here since I was younger with my mom and I hate going anywhere else. No one can top this Salon despite what people say. Tina is amazing and does an awesome job!!! 10/10 recommend to everyone.

At first they were good with me after I started getting nail design they started ditching me. Even tho I payed for their work ex. I did gel 90% of the time and just because I got a design and a little glitter they would charge me between $ 65-70 which I didn't mind paying because Henry did a great job but not I call and they would just not take me. Henry is great designer but very rude.. the rest I really don't like none of their work.. good place but not reliable workers are always late and they would not take you at the time your appointment is.....
