Hard to believe all the 5-star critics for this place.
Let take the food first: My pizza was ok, but only just. (pepperoni that was pretty simple stuff)
The service however was just horrible.
Did not listen when I placed the order.
No plates, no smile, no extra, no nothing…
Will for sure never go back.
But I’m sure they can do better, so you might be lucky

Excellent taste. Best pizza in town. Tried the bbq pizza with friends. The ambience was soo good. All the sauces and toppings were full of rich taste. The service is good and the staff is cooperative and friendly.
Will definitely try with family.
Fireaway made the perfect late lunch with after an activity filled day with the family.
Among the best authentic pizza we’ve had delivered, yet and delivered swiftly whilst still fresh.

Best pizzas in Watford! Excellent customer service, very polite and professional.
The pizzas are great quality and taste awesome, made right in front of you.

The Pizza arrived half an hour after this review. The driver was friendly, seemed very relaxed.
Food was warm, not hot, but still tasty
Increased star from 1 to 2.
Don't think I'll bother again, the wait is far too long, the staff in store seems to be too stressed and not able to offer customer service and there are just too many other options.

Never arrived,
After an hour and a half waiting I tried ringing. Took ages for phone to be picked up, 3 times the line went dead.
Eventually spoke to a member of staff who was rude and short answered. Kept complaining about being too busy and no staff.
Told him the website said my order was sent 40 minutes ago, (after an hour prep time!) and they are only 10 minutes away from me at most. He said the website and email lied saying he had only just sent it
When i told him to forget it and asked for a refund, told me I had to call back and talk to a manager in a couple of hours and then put phone down.
So disappointed.
I really would avoid this place, at least for delivery. there are plenty of other options in the area.

Business is around the corner I waited another ten minutes then called again he said will be another ten minutes then tries to call back 15 later and they answered said nothing and hung up . I tried to then call again they answered said nothing then left phone off hook . This is ridiculous as some others clearly have left other reviews this has spoilt my whole experience. Then to add to that can t even follow a simple order missed off mushrooms for pizza .
