Redesigned for a brighter and more open looks. Nice waiting area with tv and still not too expensive! Fino has a high rate of retention so you see the same workers Every time and they know what kind of hair cut you want.

They were very nice, and fast. I asked for a simple straight cut and.....I don't know how this is straight?? One section of my hair is way longer. It's also 2" shorter than I asked for. It's not even literally anywhere. So now I have to cut it again another inch shorter just to get it even. I tipped over 30% too now I feel silly????

Sylvia is a fantastic hairdresser. I have medium length hair and come in once a week to get it curled. She’s so good I’m in and out in 15 minutes max. My curled hair lasts all week.

Although I love Sylvia, I had to stop visiting her. The owners of this store were rude to me! I have Sylvia’s personal number and I texted her for an appointment. She set that appointment and I went like I always do. There was another customer waiting and the owners said he had to go first. I told the owner that I had an appointment and that’s when she got rude with me. She talked down to me and about me to her husband. I also speak Spanish so I understood every word.

I will and have never returned to this shop since then.

What an amazing job Fatima did on my daughter's hair.

The color is amazing, she explained step by step the procedure she was doing on my daughter, and her hair ended looking AMAZING, and it feels soft, she also did a haircut to style her hair, so it has volume, and she was so friendly and gentle with her. . And the price is so affordable. Is our first time coming here but definetely staying , because i had never have a better experience when it comes to a salon like we did here.

Que increible trabajo el que hizo Fatima con el cabello de mi hija.

El color luce increible, nos fue explicando paso por paso el procedimiento que esta haciendo y el cabello de mi hija termino luciendo IMPRESIONANTE. esu cabello queso super suavey el corte le agrego volumen y estilo. Fatima nos atendio muy amablemente . Es nuestra primera vez viniendo aqui peeo definitivamente seguiremos viniendo , nunca habia tenido una experiencia mejor wn un salon de belleza como el que tuvimos aqui.

A friend recommended this place (3 years ago), and when she said $13 for basic cuts, I could not believe the price so I was a bit hesitant. Now the woman's cut is $15. I'm Asian, and had been making the trip to San Gabriel Valley as I think it's hard to find stylists who know how to handle thick heavy Asian hair. But it was getting harder to make those trips and I was letting way too much time go between cuts.

Sylvia (not the owner, who I think is Fatima?) did listen specifically to what I asked and cut my hair evenly and it felt smooth and blended. I only asked for more basic trim, since this was my first time here and I was still little apprehensive. I was concerned if language communication might be an issue, but she understands English well enough and asked questions to confirm what I wanted. We did not chit chat but that's fine with me. I feel confident coming to Sylvia for maintenance. She was thorough and re-checked the layers to make sure it was well blended. If I was changing my hair with a new trendier style, I may try somewhere else, but for my needs, she's great.

It's a very basic no-frills place but clean enough. I'm coming for the value of a good maintenance cut, not for a relaxing spa experience. It's walk-in only, so a tip: if you come on Sat/ Sun. come before lunch time (10-ish) to beat all the kids and families that will come making it very crowded. If you can come on a weekday, even better. The same 3 cutters/ stylists work here. I think Fatima and her husband are owners and Sylvia. I don't know anything about men's cuts, but the stylist seems like he knows how to work quickly with clean haircuts.
