My best friend and I left very unhappy and unsatisfied with our nails. Well to start off I have never gotten my nails done as fast as this guy did mine. They are super fast and super pushy, they are also very rude when you tell them something is wrong. When I sat down I wanted regular nail polish, coffin shape and medium length. When he was done I had gel polish, coffin shape (which coat an extra $5), and long nails (also another $5). The nail technician didn’t tell me that the length and shape cost an extra $5 for both! It already looks like I have to come back in for a fill-in. I paid $52 for something that is unfinished, thin, and looks like I have to come back in for a fill-in! To say I’m livid doesn’t come close to how angry I am. This place is rude and unprofessional, also very dirt. Their hand towels to dry your hands, had stains all over them. If you want nails to actually look good and last two weeks I would go somewhere else. 0 out of 5 stars, never coming back!
I went in to have my dip removed and have a dip manicure. I have long natural nails and they are very strong but the tech kept trying to get me to cut them down. When it came time to do my dip, he kept messing up and the just started dumping the powder over my nail which caused them to be bumpy and not even at all. No drill was used to smooth out the surface of the nail or near the cuticle. On top of two coats of dip he did 2 coats of gel! I have been getting dip manicures 2x a month for 4 years and I have never had such a poor experience. The design was awful and he charged me $5 extra. Charged $15 extra for the manicure which only included a cuticle trim. I left absolutely disgusted with the amount I paid for such an awful manicure.I will not be going back here.
This has been and will continue to be my favorite nail spot. I’ve been seeing Jimmy for a while and let me tell you; the man knows what he’s doing! My nails ALWAYS look perfect. He knows just how I like my shape and length. He’s the bomb! Either I go see Jimmy for my nails or I’m not getting them done ????
I left very unhappy with my pedicure. The woman was super rough I had to tell her many times to be more gentle and she painted my nails so bad plus she DID NOT clean my toenails neither my feets at all and I asked for the nicest pedicure there. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL .
The nail technicians did a great job on my natural gel manicure. I can see myself becoming a regular here. I recommend trying this salon if you live in the area. Good price!
Anna done gained her a client yes I so done gained. She was absolutely great. And they do nails and feet at once. Got me in and out. The best for a busy entrepreneur.
I come here at least every few months for my nails. The staff are pure artists! My nails always look great when they're done. I always get compliments about them!
Literal con artist at the front desk. Do not come here at all! I bought my mother in law a gift certificate for a MANI AND PEDI, and not only did the guy did the guy change the price twice when I went in to ask (first it was $42, then $62) he refused to write down deluxe mani and pedi on the gift certificate (I should have known he was gonna scam us). My mother in law is in there today and they are trying to charge her $50 for her pedi leaving $12 left on the gift certificate which I know won’t cover no mani! The lying scam artist in the front and this whole place is NOT to be trusted! Do NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! They LIE! They also have fake profiles leaving fake 5 star reviews.
5/10/2022: Updating my review because this place just called me several times on my PERSONAL PHONE to harass me. If they call one more time I’m calling the Huntsville police department to file a complaint on this place and the person named Frank that called me.
