I came here with my 5yr old daughter on Presidents’ Day in search of a salon closer to home. On the wall it clearly lists gel manicures as $30 and the same for pedicures. I wanted a gel polish manicure and a standard nail varnish pedicure and just toes painted for my mini.
They didn’t tell me they didn’t have regular nail varnish until after I was in the chair and noticed the Uv lamp over my dtrs foot, even though they use DND gel polish which usually comes with an identical nail varnish ???? there was no base coat used on neither my daughter nor myself my nails weren’t even buffed prior to application. I wanted to change my nail shape and the tech was rough in doing so which resulted in a few of my nails cracking and breaking in the corner. She was shocked to learn that my nail length was natural and I supposed used that to over charge me as I was charged $40 for my manicure and $35 for my pedicure and $10 for the painting do my small persons toes. I watched the tech dilute the polish of my choicing while in the middle of my application Which I have seen with regular varnish and I know it’s common practice to extend the use but I have never seen this with gel polish. Additionally the tech did not use sanitary equipment as she pulled an already open pack of tools out of the drawers and used those on my hands.
Imagine my disappointment when I returned home and my kid was missing polish from 3 toes. No she didn’t scratch the polish off we left the salon came directly home and she was sad when she took off her shoes it was that quick! Imagine my annoyance level when three days later my own polish was lifting and peeling!! The picture I took are after 1 week of service ????
Never have I ever received the gel manicure that lifted and peeled after less than one week of wear. I’m normally able to go 6weeks without lifting and my polish grows out prior to returning to a salon. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in addition to being the most expensive for a standard pedicure and gel polish as my normal rate never exceeds $60 I spent $95 here as I did tip but never again.
Always a great experience. The last time I went 2/28 I got my nails feet and lashes done. A nail broke and 3/1 it was repaired no charge and these nails are still holding on today. No complaints here other than not having reg polish for toes so you have to use gel for feet too but they are amazing because I’ve had to have reconstruction on my toes and they do an amazing job!!!
Quality of service has tremendously gone down
Edit - 10/02/2022 - came in to get my nails taken off. $15. The price isn't the issue. The service is truly horrible at this point. I only wanted the acrilic removed without shorting my real nails. No one has ever had an issue doing that UNTIL I went to this place today. The lady doing my nails and the blonde hair lady at the front kept saying my nails are too thins and so on. I literally walked out with acrilic STILL on my nails. She cut my nails all the way. this is completely unacceptable. They have No patience at all. Super rush job. I definitely will not be returning. Absolutely trash.
I paid for individual lashes and one of my eyes they did only last for 3 days Now I'm stuck with lashes on one eye
They do good work and they’re quick but their business practices are dishonest. Kept trying to sell me a jelly pack for my pedicure for an extra $10. Then on top of that I asked for a gel full set (the kind where you can fill) MULTIPLE times and was given “colored acrylic powder with gel polish on top” instead and charged $55. When on the marquee it’s shows a gel full set is $40. She said it was for length but when the tech asked long or short I said short and he made the cut. And she also mentioned my nails were in a coffin shape but it wasn’t. I asked the tech to make the shape more narrow as my nails were too wide originally. She discounted me $5 so I was only robbed $10 instead of $15 but that’s what I get for being impatient and not waiting on my regular shop.
DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I paid $55 dollars for her to paint my toes that’s all she did nothing special at all just a waste of money. She kept trying to up charge me. She rushed. Didn’t take her time at all. No hot towel. No massage.

Not clean... they don't change out their nail files and equipment without cleaning them. The store is junky and floors are dirty. They hike up the price for everything and customer service is poor. Won't be going back there - there are several other nail shops in the area and they act like they're the only ones in town... luckily we have choices.
I've been going here for 10 years and the service is wonderful every time. My nail technician is SiSi and she always hook me up , when I show her a picture of how i want my nails she always get it right to the point. My mother goes here with me and she only get her a pedicure and her technician is lee . I went to lee before on my toes and she does a wonderful job. they also have other good nail techs like the owner Michelle , her husband, josh, and Ann. if you want other services like eyebrows and eyelashes they do a great job on that as well. i would recommend this place to anybody and it can be a little pricey but its all worth it to me every time.
