Had an amazing chilled lunch sampling the new menu. Bbq ribs and wings and the sharing sized chips are perfect for 2. The katzu chicken and the sauce was insanely moreish!! Staff happy and friendly, and a wide range of soft drinks, ciders, and the easy pleasing bitters.
I will definatley be returning, probably at least once a week to get my fix.
Went for lunch as it was handy for the shopping centre. The place was very old fashioned and I wasn't expecting much. The lass behind the bar was friendly and helpful and the food was outstanding and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend it ????
Had to wait a while for our food as only one chef working but it was worth the wait. I couldn't believe the portion sizes. We were a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their food.

My first visit here in May this year was fantastic, had a gorgeous meal and a drink. Came back today for some lunch but most of what we ordered went back to the chef uneaten. The pizza seems to be frozen with half of the base missing and the ciabatta was not at all what I expected. I understand that the bar has a new chef, I think because of new management, but our lunch was a pathetic excuse for meal and they really needs to reconsider what they think is acceptable to send out.
