Been debating posting this but I'm honestly so frustrated. Came for a simple bang trim a few days ago. Had several reference pictures. I should have gotten up when Felicia was very confused but I gave the benefit of the doubt because the reviews were so good. I left with crooked bangs that are way too short and my facial framing is GONE. I cant even get them fixed now because they are too short..The first cut was done and so was the damage so I let her finish and paid and left. Felicia was nice and I honestly feel like if you are an established customer you will get great haircut but if you're looking for a new hair stylist I would do some deep research.

I went there with my fingers crossed for the first time. And I can't tell you how happy I am with my hair. You won't be sorry...she is the best...I WILL GO BACK.

I've been a customer and friend of Felicia's for 20+ years. She is always friendly and does an awesome job on my hair. I live in North Las Vegas and it generally takes me 40-45 minutes to drive there, I love her and won't go anywhere else. Thank you my dear friend. ☺️

Drove around one day looking for a place to get a trim, and every place I went to was closed and out of business. I looked online before I started, what turned out to be an adventure, and every place I went to said was open but with locked door and empty buildings I realized their online status is not up to date. I was driving to the next place to see if they were open and I saw Falicia’s was open and remembered reading good reviews so I stopped. I walked in and Debbie greeted me, I explained my story of looking everywhere and needing a trim SO very badly. She had another appointment booked, but had enough time to squeeze me in for the trim that I desperately needed. She did an amazing job, and was so sweet and enjoyable to talk with. I made sure to get her card so I can make appointments to see her from now, on and for my sister to see her as well.

The prices are amazing, and Debbie is wonderful!! I would definitely recommend this salon and Debbie!!

Called this morning and got an appointment for 2 hrs later. I have baby fine, delicate hair and new places are scary for me. Felicia listened and gave me a great cut at an amazing price. Can't believe how much I've overpaid at other salons. Was my first visit and I will be going back????
