Very bright and clean and spacious, they have every kind of hair extension you could imagine. They have staff walking around to help and plenty of registers for fast in and out service. If your in the area I would recommend you pass by this store.

This place is great. It has a huge selection of products. Looking to dye your hair, or need a all natural cream that makes your hair curly. This is the place to find all types of hair products and accessories. The staff is very friendly and it is never crowded; at least everytime I made a visit. This place is great.
They kind of follow you around and you can’t really compare products to make sure you’re getting the best of what you want. The store is the biggest FEEL Beauty that I’ve been to and they have a lot of products. Unfortunately, customer service doesn’t match its spectacular spacing.
Lots of variety. Clean, spacious store. Some help from employees. Could be your one stop shop for all your hair products. Prices on some items bought are comparable to other stores. No bathroom access for customers.
Just went there today and the sales girl followed me around the store. Told me I had to buy a wig cap for 50 CENTS. I bought the wig cap and then she went back up to the cash registered to verify if I a black woman had bought a wig cap. She didn't told me I had to try on the wig right in front of her to make sure I didn't steal it. This was my first time in the store I was so offended. I said that she needs to work on her customer service experience and this is my first time in the store and she should be helping me with a good attitude. She said she didn't care. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
Their store policy is horrible. I purchased 3 packs of hair and came back to return it, since I purchased too much after. This occurred within 2 hours. I don’t live here and I couldn’t return the package hair that was not open, I would have only gotten store credit. Their policy should At least state that you can’t return after a certain time frame.
I don’t recommend this place. AT ALL. I told the hair stylist don’t send anyone from out of town to this beauty supply store.
