I usually get my Dr. Bonners from Target but they were sold out. So I came to this store and they were fully stocked. Fellas, ditch the Irish Spring and start using Castille soap. It's better for your skin and the environment. I also picked up some durags to keep my waves fresh. This shop cool and it has a variety of products. Ain't nobody followed me around too. I like that.

I will never return to this store ever again. There are 2 security guards that followed and harrassed me the entire time I was shopping. There was a roach in the makeup section and no one did anything about it. They asked for my purse and my basket so I didn't have anything to put my things in while shopping. I still made my purchase of $75 even though they treated me like a criminal. So sad how people single you out just because they think they can. Maybe they get off on it, terrible experience. Negative 5 Stars :-(

It's alright they didn't have exactly what I wanted. The guy with the dreads wasn't much help at all. He just lays back on his phone and makes jokes. Not sure what his purpose is being there. Cause he literally was like ask the woman at the counter. Like bruh, your supposed to know too. She can't help me if she's ringing people up.

The lady that works downstairs is not approachable at all. Every time I go in there, I hesitate to ask her for help because of it. And when I do ask for something they never have it. Another thing is I can never find the hair or color I want in there. The mannequins demos should be a bit more presentable. I'm trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but she's making me not want to shop there no more. But the employees upstairs, they are nice and very helpful and approchable.

The best Beauty Supply on Utica Avenue!! Not only is the place beautiful inside reminds me of going to an Ulta beauty or something but the people that work there are always so so nice and the prices are so amazingly affordable better than any of the prices of any of the other beauty supplies that are on Utica Avenue. Also the quality in the brands that they carry are real professional brands compared to the other Beauty Supplies did I feel just sell a lot of junk

Good products and well stocked but the two Jamaican workers in the wig department are rude, dismissive, negative, unapproachable, loud and unprofessional. When someone enters a beauty culture environment they should be met with welcoming attitudes and be encouraged to spend their hard earned money. Some people may need help and become discouraged by the Jamaican workers rude and crass attitude. It totally brings down the stores ambiance.
