Considering how many branches of Costa there are in Brighton - this is perhaps the best location.

However Lack lustre, slow, service. Dirty unclear tables & Many of the items of food unavailable really don’t help. The cafe is large with an lots of tables & larger downstairs seating area.

They forgot one of our drinks, but did give us a larger one at no extra cost. It was lunch time & they were busy.

Still a disappointing lunch not the usual Costa standard.

This place is cash only but that aside, great food, friendly staff at a reasonable price.

Just what you want for a good English fry up.

Just had the most incredible Breakfast!!! Absolutely beautiful food, great place and excellent price. Highly recommend

Made a phone call ordering our food and said we would be collecting in 15mins time and everyone was lovely and friendly all the staff had a smile on there face

I ordered a sausage onion and cheese sandwich ???? ????

It was full pack with filling BEST sandwich iv had in a long time

Will definitely be going back for a full breakfast next time

The name of this cafe says it all!

We sat outside yesterday morning and had a coffee with cooked breakfast. Portion size was very generous, I couldn't finish it all. Service was warm and welcoming even as they were busy. Would definitely recommend.

Dull, and not cheap. Hardly the most cheerful place in town! Just bog-standard, and unremarkable. Less noisy than many similar places... A plus-point! But, maybe cause it was far from busy?! Food was OK at best. Cannot think why I would be drawn back there... I won't... update, today! Workmate convinced me to return, very quiet@noon,and the service was friendly, the food ok(good portions, though!!). Pricing about the norm, of late! Tiffany's, close by, has a much better standard, across the board, and a much more 'cafeteria/bistro' (not working man's caff!!), ambience, about it!! Plus,it's hours of opening are due to shrink, as of next week.. Closing by 11.30am,each weekday?! Tells me that business is not good, right now?!! Maybe, tiffs has adapted to the present times, better than the feedwell... Hmmm??? P. S. Last weekend, trying out Tiffany's... I tipped the polite, delightful, waitress!! Never felt the urge, in feedwell!!?... But then, most of their customers, seem like scaffolders!! (apologies, but, I have a degree in H+Catering!!) ????????NO apologies, whatsoever to scaffolders!! ????????????Open til 13:00hrs,mon-fri,now....Still,nothing special!

Fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff. Best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time.
