Ive been to this location many times to do my eyebrows. Today, I saw a new lady, Sussana, who was very nice and professional. She did a great job and I loved my eyebrows after. Highly recommend her.

my boyfriends mother and sister attended this salon today for a color on his sisters hair. it’s posted on a menu the wall that a color is $55, and even told his mother that the price of the service would be $55. the stylist asked another stylist how much to charge, she replied in arabic and then proceeds to charge her $110, exactly double the agreed upon price, when she was told word for word that the service would be $55, and the menu it’s self says $55. this is very unethical and deceiving. not to mention, his mother almost immediately noticed racial behavior with most of the employees. do not waste your time at this place of business. it’s an absolute scam with awful customer service. gross!

My wife took my daughter here for a color today and she said it was the worst experience she has ever had at a hair salon. She has never been treated like that. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Faten is racist, rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. She told my wife it would be $55 for a color, it also states the price for a color by the register. After they did my daughters hair, when My wife went to pay, they said it was $110. Seriously, you said it was $55 before she sat in the chair, your price chart also says $55, nothing extra was done and you decide to charge her literally double. She sensed she was racist while she waiting for my daughter to get her hair done. She has the vibe about her. That is so unethical. How do you quote a price and it’s in writing, then double it after services have been rendered. She has never had such a horrible experience and will never go back again. This place reminds you that racism is real in Dearborn. Shame on Faten, shame on her. If my wife was Arab, I’m sure she would not have done that to her.

I’ve been coming to Fatens for so long. I’m from Ann Arbor but I make the drive every time it’s so worth it!! She is the only one I trust with my eyebrows and I have never had an issue with how she has done them!

This is the worst salon in dearborn. Faten is very unfriendly, she doesn’t smile, or greet you. She totally ruined my eyebrows. She does not care about customer service at all. They are so rude here. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I will never come back to this place. Just terrible!!!

I have been coming to this salon for eyebrows for over 10 years. I have moved since then of course, and I will still make the drive to get my eyebrows done by Faten. She is incredible and very talented at what she does.

A lot ,all those comments about them being bad are fake,those people don’t know what there talking about there so annoying,I’m telling you trust me there the best salon in Dearborn Michigan you should definitely check them out,My hair is so healthy and amazing because of them I love them!

Faten’s hair salon is amazing.I asked them to do my hair highlights and they did it better then how I asked.I love that salon so much I have been going there since I found it out.I recommend big time,I promise that you will love it more then any other salon.
