Fui por unas acrílicas. No me limaron mis uñas naturales, no las limpiaron, no las prepararon, no me cortaron la cutícula, no me hicieron nada.
Me pegaron de una las uñas acrílicas en la punta, y me aplicaron con el pincel demasiado acrílico. El diseño no me quedó como quería, quedaron demasiado gruesas, mas gruesa la punta que la raíz de las uñas... claramente pueden ver la expectativa y la realidad, y al día siguiente me amanecieron doliendo las uñas.
Me parecieron costosas comparadas con otros salones, me cobraron 65.
Nunca me había hecho acrílicas y pequé por principiante.
Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. They do not sanitize their tools and use dirty towels. The towel literally fell on the ground and she proceeded to use it for my pedicure. Also you could tell that the pedicure tub wasn’t clean cause the only thing they change out between clients is the plastic and they wash the foot scrubber with only water.
As for the gel manicure, I guess she didn’t know to put a top coat cause it’s not even been 2 hrs since I got my nails done and now they’re dirty and sticky. Some nails are not even. I would’ve said something but I was in a hurry given I spent close to 3 hrs to get this done. Dissapointed and really hope the management can learn from this.
I go to Jenny here and she always delivers whatever design I pine for. She’s efficient, creative, patient, charismatic, and kind. She provides quality service and it lasts even longer than expected. Even on weeks that I cannot make it, I know I’ll be alright because she ensures the design stays until I go back. I have never been this faithful to a salon for nails until I met Jenny.
Wow soo frustrating that my nails look like this on the second day of doing my nails!! That’s never happened to me before and I hate leaving bad reviews but can’t believe I spent $80 on a gel mani pedi only for it to last me two days and the lady was very rushed doing my nails will never come back again!! Do better guys
Well I been going here for some time Jenny is so good iI love my nails and ahe always welling to try new things. But I would have gave a five but when you go get your nails done you want a spa like experience like more comfortable chairs maybe wine champagne bottle water since I pay so much each time for all my services wish also the clients can pick what they would like to watch. Most women don't feel relaxed when it's sports on the tv. But other than that I love Jenny.
The only good thing i can say is that they took me in without an appointment
Nails were poorly done , color quality is cheap, nail extensions crooked and the borders were raggedy
Not a good way to spend my 55 dollars on a manicure
Upset would be a slight way to put it …I am furious i spend 2 hours for this job
My sister and I have been coming to this place for years. We have known the owner for almost 20 years. Everyone is skilled and your nails come out beautiful. They offer the latest trends including shellac and dragon eye nail art. This is the best nail place in town. All the staff are very nice and courteous. Can walk in and also do appointments.
Best nail salon in West Kendall, Tony and all of the girls (Lynn, Linda, Jenny, Ahna, Lee, etc) are very sweet and do a an excellent job whether is acrylic, regular mani, gel or pedicure or waxing. Highly recommended it. Happy New Year * Gloria
