Took my 6 year old son to get a hair cut first time… usually his dad takes him to his barber, but because it was closer to our house I thought I would try it. My son does not usually cry during haircuts, and when she started using the clippers, he started to tell her it was hurting she said, I think he’s just faking, and he began to cry, after she finished, the haircut, I pointed out that it looked uneven where she use the clippers she said while he was crying, so I’m not going to do that. I said OK, and then I pointed out that the lining around his forehead and ears was uneven as well. All she said was OK and she charged me $15, I will never go there again
Janet is great! Of all the wonderful services they provide I think your hair cut is most important and I have always been happy with mine. Can't even imagine going anywhere else.
Such a friendly atmosphere and the girls who work there are extremely professional and accommodating.

My appointment was with Janet and I felt like I was with real professional. She asked me my opinion; did I want it shorter; was it ok in the back, didn't just assume I was pleased, she made sure I was. I told her I was referred to her and now I know why. I will be going back again, and again.

We just moved here a few months ago. Last weekend went to a different place to get my haircut. It was bad...so bad. So last minute call fast Eddies and Nikki said come on in. Wow! I love my hair. I love the environment. She fixed my hair the way I wanted it. I definitely would recommend and I will be going back. I'll also be bringing my son here probably this weekend to get his haircut.
I’m very disappointed with my haircut and with my beard trim I specifically asked when I called if they were capable of doing a bald fade and they responded yes when I got there not only did she just give me a normal fade but I asked her to just trim half the length of my beard and she trimmed way too much off not to mention it was uneven I politely asked if she would mind not Charging me for the beard trim and was told to go back to Kentucky and she was. Not going to refund me just a terrible experience all around terrible customer service I will never be back and would not suggest this place to anyone
