OWNER IS PREJUDICE REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE I LOOK LIKE SOMEONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER HE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE MY HAIR I PURCHASED BECAUSE OWNER GOT ANNOYED I RETURNED UNOPENED ITEM THEN BEGAN HARASSING ME FOR A YEAR I CAME IN SAID NOTHING ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ITEM OWN LOOKED AT ME AND REFUSED. Do not buy owner discriminates! Call police because I ask why I told him call I did nothing wrong at all. Owner is prejudice and discriminates against black woman

Will not be shopping there anymore! I was a loyal shopper that recommended other people to shop. Today, December 31, 2020 I was at the store and the sales person was assisting me. I had made a selection and she was checking other hair styles for me. I indicated to her what I was looking for and she was doing her best to assist me. The owner stopped her and she said she would be right back, only she never did. The owner came and said can I help you, but he proceeded to say that she nor he could help me and I needed to just let them know what I wanted and they would not be getting the hair off the shelf for me, which was there procedure. Normally, the store doesn't want customers to handle their products, so I didn't understand that. So I told him no thank you and proceeded to leave and I saw the sales person and gave her back the hair that I was going to purchase. I saw sadness on her face and I told her it was ok and have a Happy New Year. In passing the register and the store now loosing a frequent shopper, I said to him with a smile to have a Happy New year, no response. Not sure what the owner's underline issue was, but he has lost a loyal customer. God bless them and there are other stores i can shop.

They don’t deserve the one star Google made me give them! They close on 6pm on Sunday and I was there @5:55pm to grab an item before they close and they already had the doors locked and stood there staring at me like I was crazy. They lost a loyal customer due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I’m sure they’ll lose more. I give them 0 stars- go spend your money where people care! And if the owner sees this- YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

The older man a litter rude. I was waiting in line for 10 mins behind this lady and she was on the phone I end up walking away to put the items back then he called me back for him to check me out which he should have done that in the first place. I had to go back because I purchased the wrong hot curlers he did a exchange the new item that I purchased costed $34.99 when I got back to the car I noticed he didn't give me my tax back off the wrong curlers that was $19.99 I just left because I didn't want to go back in stand in-line.... if you're doing an exchange please get your tax from the item you have to exchange.... after calling them wasn't solved will not do business with them again ????‍♀️

I’ve been shopping here my whole 5 years resident duration and I love love them. The prices and service is superb. I have an accident in the store over a year ago where I could’ve seeked legal assistance but the God in me wouldn’t let me. I have nothing but great vibes there. The owner is the nicest store owner I’ve met here. I only shop at this store for my Beauty needs.
