Crystal did my powder Manicure Only Did an okay job but charged 10.00 dollars extra to clip my cuticles that is part of any manicure not extra So she charged me 52.00 for a powder manicure They are ripping people off. I did give a tip of 10.00 also which I should not have Terrible to treat customer so poorly
LOVE THIS SALON! I came in yesterday to get a full set and a pedicure- not only did they do an AMAZING job on my nails, they didn’t rush me out of the store when they were closing soon for my pedicure! The ladies were very sweet and I will be referring this salon to my friends and family! Thank you!!????????
THEY DONT RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME. THEY MAKE APPTS AND NEVER STAND BY IT. I HAVE GONE THERE ABOUT 5X TIMES AND EVERYTIME I GO THEY HAVE YOU WAITING ABOUT 45MINS AFTER YOUR APPT TIME. AT THE END OF THE DAY I DONT NEED THERE BUISNESS THEY NEED MY MONEY. TO BE HONEST THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND MAKE UP PRICES AS THEY GO. THEY DONT HAVE ONE SET PRICE, EVERYTHING IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE THERE. I WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. PRETTY SAD B/C THEY DO A GOOD JOB.
This place does good designs but I tried three times and they had me wait for every appointment i mean over an hour! The third time I made an appointment for 1130 and called to confirm and she told me I made it for 1230pm. I told her i didn't and she proceeded to tell me I did like I didn't know what I was talking about. Then she said fine come at 1130 but you will have to wait. What! Wait again! Ohhh no! This place is ridiculous. I've tried to be patient but they take it too far.
I went today after a horrible experience at another salon. Mickey was amazing! He carefully took the old acrylic tips off and then gave me a new beautiful set! He took his time and i greatly appreciate it!
I love Ana! She is the best! Really, all of the nail technicians are super talented! I leave here with a huge smile every single time!
My go to nail salon! I'm obsessed with Cynthia and her lovely designs. The conversations in this place are always colorful. I am never disappointed. They even get my eyebrows just right.
Diamond is an amazing human being. Very hard working and always accommodating. Been coming to her for over a year. Everyone at this salon does amazing job. Would highly recommend.
