Thirsty!! I am visiting from So Cal and went here for a full and 3 broken nails as I stayed in this country town too long. I was told by "T" that she couldn't do a full and had to charge $75 for a new set, just laughable! Stated she couldnt do work after someone else and needed to do a full set? She should have just said I don't want to do it, I would have respected her for it. I have only been getting my nails done 15+ years and never heard that one. Just say I need to rip you off and therefore the charge to do so is $75. The work doesn't look that good and I will wait until I get home later this week. Just desperate!! I should have read the reviews first as I believe they are correct. I witnessed it myself! Good luck in keeping your customer base.
They charged my daughter 95$ for an acrylic re-touch that wasn’t good, she asked for blue nails and they gave her purple. She wanted a design on it and it was really bad, she wanted an almond shaped nails and they gave her square shaped nails. I don’t recommend coming here they are so expensive and don’t do what you asked for.
This place was great! The man who took care of me was very gentle and polite. The result was amazing, too! For a basic manicure with polish, it only took like 15 minutes! Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this place! Thank you SO much
They are always so Amazing!! My moms favorite nail tech is Donna. But I go go with whoever and they have never done me wrong. They are sweet if you want something fixed or different. Usually, never a need for me though because it always great!!
Took my daughter in to get her nails done. I had to run an errand , She stated what she wanted and they agreed to do what she had asked. When I pick her up she’s out front and she’s upset and I ask her what is wrong and she says I asked for coffin shaped nails. When I pick my child up her nails are clearly square. But yet they still charged her full price for coffin shape which they charge more because it’s a shape. This shop is clean and beautiful but that’s not how you treat someone. She was also denied a receipt. As she paid cash!! Clearly not professional.
Went here to get full set pedicure and eyebrows waxed the eyebrow tech wasn’t working at first the lady at the front act like I looked broke when I walked in I got the best pedi they have and a full set I was charged 85 for each the nails are not even there way to thick and it was supposed to be coffin shape I did leave a tip just because the guy massage my feet so good an did an excellent job and my nail tech was a baby but I do like the nails they just need a little work my overall experience was ok nobody really speaks to you they just talk to each other in there language way to overpriced that’s the second and last time going there
This place is highly recommended for all spa days and needs very clean respectful awesome atmosphere Christian based music plays in the background they follow all safety guidelines and cleanliness I got a pedicure this time on this visit and I recommend u ask for Tommy his hands are strong and his messages are great he isn't very talkative but that's okay I was there to relax so that was fantastic they're hours are phenomenal the staff is friendly the owner is always there I have never had problems nor have I had issues great place to come and relax and listen to some K-Love thank u so much for loving ur jobs and treating people the way u want to be treated
I loved it, they did an amazing job on my pedicure.
