I'd like to give this less than 1 star. What has happened to people's work ethic? No one gives a darn about their quality of work. I paid $65 for the young woman to take off old polish, rub a mask on my legs, and paint my nails again. She did not buff my nails, push my cuticles back, file them after cutting. She did mange to drip polish on my sandals 3x.And the most mind blowing part, not soaking my feet in the tub. Smh. NEVER AGAIN.
Well, I would love to give a -1 star. This is the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. My toe nails looked like hell, all different shapes and sizes! She never cleaned my toes up, nothing... I was maybe sitting down for 10 mins max! I complained for them to say well from your angle it might look bad but from here it's looks good. Who says that? My big toe was square other was round, she might of convinced me if I was that stupid! Save your toes, and your money and go else where. All she did was have another girl fix it and give me a $3 paper "gift card"! Legit place sucks. I've never felt so rushed in my whole entire life.
Horrible experience with ANC. Job was not done properly. If that was not bad enough the layers started coming loose. Now 4 of my nails have lost the ANC paint!! Would not recommend anyone to visit the saloon.
Language is anther problem. The girls there did not understand me and no one was there to do the translation....
First time trying new spot and I just love the fact that my nail color long last more than a month. When I see if they are trying to rush I let them know that I have plenty time for a good manicure or pedi .. love this place I will recommended this place to anybody .
Very negative experience. I came in and they told me they don't have acryllic, just ANC which is fine, but then when I picked out the colors I wanted they couldn't find them and told me to pick different ones so I did. I wanted stiletto shaped nails and they told me they couldn't do the shape at first which was absurd to me because I've had it done so many times at other places, but then the woman who attempted to do it kept getting angry when I told her I wanted them more straight and pointy because she was making them more almond shaped and she started getting more rough out of anger and made me bleed. She just let it bleed and then proceeded to tell me they can only do things similar to photos shown to them, not exact. I just had them take off the little work they did and made them help me stop bleeding and left. Worst nail experience ever.
I went for a manicure with my friend for her birthday. The tech seemed annoyed that I didn't want her to use a mechanical file on my super thing nails (she was removing a gel manicure and every other places I've gone to uses a manual file). She did not soak my nails before pushing back my cuticles and got upset when I asked her not to rip the excess cuticle off - I'm used to nail tech's who cut the cuticles, not pull. I ended up with horrible hang nails and the gel manicure began chipping in under a week. The tech was pretty sure through the entire process. My friend's manicure (also gel) began chipping 2 days later from a different tech (this was her 3rd time experiencing early chipping). Would not recommend this nail shop.
Wendy did an amazing job on my nails. I'm from out of state and I will definitely come back to have Wendy do my nails when I'm here visiting!
Do NOT get your nails done here! I went in for a regular mani/pedi. Pretty simple and straight forward. My toenails and fingernails were filed and shaped at different lengths and shapes. I mean completely uneven on almost every nail. In addition to that fail, the tech kept polishing my nails and leaving out the sides. My nails weren’t even covered in polish. I told him a few times that he’s not covering my entire nail with the polish. How does someone work in a nail salon and not know how to file/polish? My sister had it worse because she did ANC and she didn’t have the option of just taking off her nail polish as soon as we got home like I did. She’s stuck with the awful job until she gets them removed from a different salon. I would never go back to this place.
