Worse job we have ever had. My daughter wanted coffin style and they gave her square as shown in the 1st picture. The nails are also bumpy along the sides and uneven and rigid in some spots. My nieces black nails have spots where they missed and you can see that in the picture also, very messy. I don't like giving bad reviews but it was awful here.
Today was my first time ever getting my nails done. I had the best experience ever!!! I had Sandy & she was the most gentle person ever. She is an amazing artist and I feel the price was actually cheap for how hard she worked on my nails! I am super impressed and really really love this place. I will be going back many more times. ♡ they are so clean, professional, friendly and just overall great!! I got an almond shape, ombre with a sparkly pink and sparkly white. I'm obsessed. Just go there, you won't regret it one bit!!! :-)
Awful experience here. I went to get my dip powder filled, but told them that I wanted to pick a new color. The guy didn’t take the old dip powder off, and picked a pink that didn’t match what I previously got done in my nails. After he applied it he said it looked like ombre and that I shouldn’t dislike the service he provided because I was “getting ombre nails for cheap.” Since he didn’t take the old dip powder off, my nails lasted for 3 days before they all chipped off. Not to mention he cut me multiple places while trying to trim my cuticles. I won’t be returning.
I got a pedicure here and the staff was very nice and gave me the best nail salon experience ive ever had! I totally recommend coming here.
The Asian lady that started my nails and did the design on my nails didn’t talk and made the entire interaction incredibly awkward. She also painted Cs on my nails, not at all what I asked for. And then the American lady that painted my nails shook the entire time and put different sized gems on my fingers when they were supposed to be the same size and flooded my nail beds on almost all of my fingers. And she got so much of the gel on my skin that everytime I cured my nails under the light I wanted to cry. Not to mention the polish is incredibly uneven and I have open spots where there’s no polish. Let’s not even talk about the shape I got, it’s so uneven and not one of my nails looks the same shape as the other. The picture does not capture the awful quality of these nails.
I would not recommend this place. I went in to get pretty simple nails, but they turned out horrible. I told the person that I did not like them, but they didn’t do anything to fix them. I ended up going home and filing the design completely off. $50 for something I wouldn’t pay a dollar for. I was so upset with my service. I felt bad speaking up because the issue wouldn’t get resolved everytime I spoke up. Overall, not a good experience. Extremely disappointed.
I came here with a friend of mine to get our nails done for vacation, and it’s safe to say I will not be back. The nails I left the store with looked nothing like I asked, even after correcting them four times. The next day we were at a new salon asking someone else to fix our nails because of how awful they were.
They were able to fit me in the same day which is impressive when it comes to a nail salon. The lady that did my nails was a bit rude at times as she didn’t like my nail color I chose and gave me back talk when I asked to shape my nails more but other than that it was a very nice place.
