I never get what I ask for even tho I have a reference picture. I feel like they do what they want to do with your nails I’ve went here about 5 different times and it’s just not worth my money anymore. Service is not good due to only one person working and making the other clients with appointments wait and sending most walk ins away… I felt bad when my appointment time was going longer all I wanted to do was enjoy myself with my friend and I couldn’t I called 3 days in advance and told them what I wanted done over the phone just horrible experiences for me.
The staff here are always very nice and I've never had a bad experience!

I went in with my sisters and daughters. Five of us in all. I called ahead and they said they had plenty of help, which they did not. They were so nice, but after 2 and a half hours my polish was coming off before I left. Every one I went with pedicure was messed up the next day. It was pretty terrible except their friendly and funny personalities.
