When I went in and ask for white tip with V-shaped! I even show the guy exactly what I want as Pictured! Nothing Fancy! But he completely did the opposite! & he even argued with me that It's French tip shape & Not V-shaped smh! So I ask how are you going to fix this? He simply just nod his head & said OMG! & looked over to the other customer next to me about the picture I showed & she completely disagree of what he said lol because he is in the wrong! Also I had my Nails for 5 days now! & Look? It's coming off & the nails are really thin too which I ask for thick layer as I always get! So I won't be coming here anymore! Don't Come here expecting to get what you want cause the guy do not know how to design & do Nails Properly.
Would not recommend coming here, they’re rude and won’t care if they cut you and make you bleed. Do not get your nails done by the MALE technician that’s where i messed up. Usually don’t have a bad experience with them but jeez… he cut me so bad, didn’t do the design at all how i wanted at all….. also made my nails shorter than I’d like… than he wanted to charge me an outrage price and i laughed and cried because the design and shape where horrible…. Another female technician tried to “fix”…. I walked out with taking the paint off and paying for just the set that was put on…. I went into another shop that completely 360 what they did and made my design come to life… DO NOT COME HERE…. Find somewhere better!
The last two times I've gone in here they send me to one of the males. He does not know what he is doing. Burned me with the dremel multiple times and I have had to take the file to properly shape my nails. Uneven nail tops as well. Not cool. Won't be returning.
Been going here for years but lately it has gone down hill. Got my nails done (white tips), they kept falling off, n every other day I was going in to have them fix one nail. They didn't charge me for it but it took time out of my day to do this. Finally just went somewhere else n no problems since I've got new full set on. I don't think I'll be back.
I really like this place, I've been coming here since moving to Spanaway 3 years ago.
I've never had a bad experience and the people are so nice here. I used to have stiletto acrylic nails but had to have them removed for my current job.
I just got my eyebrows done and the gal did a fantastic job. She took her time and was very detailed. I'm currently in the pedicure chair and my only complaint is the tickling lol.
Nails turned out uneven with big dips and thick in areas. Cut some nails too short. Will never go back.
I stopped in today because the salon is close to home. Everyone was very friendly and kind. She did an amazing job on my dip nails and made sure she was making them exactly as thin as I’d like them! I also got a pedicure done and it turned out great! She really took her time massaging my legs which I so appreciated, not many do when you get a pedicure. I will definitely be returning ????
I got my nails and toes done a few weeks ago and when the lady did my toes she crammed the tools so far into my toes she cut it open and it is now infected after her doing my feet. I went in there with no problems with my feet and I’m now in a lot of pain. Last time I’ll get a pedicure there.
