Two times I was given an appointment time. When I arrived the appointment time was not honored and I still waited 45 min to 1 hour to get my appointment. The second time, I was sitting in acetone soaking the acrylic nails off for 45 minutes. And I ask to not have to do that any longer and then the wrong color was applied to my nails after I pick something out. And she was on the phone the entire time either talking or texting during the service when I was there. I will right now return to this salon.
I Love Ms.Thuy, she's been doing my nails since we've moved out south...she is a sweet heart. She does an excellent job EVERY TIME. I always get gel polish on my own nails.
First time here and they were very friendly! I showed up without an appt. because I didn't know that is how they are doing it. They could have turned me away and had me make an appt. Instead they were very nice and fit me in. They didn't make me feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience. Truly greatful. I had a Mani Pedi done. Love it!????

Feet Massage was the best! Let the staff take good care of your feet.
Not any more I will never go in there again! The man tore my feet up!! They hurt so bad!!! Never again will I return. All they both said was "Oh sorry" that just don't cut it!! Scraped my feet so bad they bled pretty good. I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely noone. It should have raised a flag when there was only 1 person in there but all I wanted was a pedicure, I did not expect to leave most of my skin there, it seriously bought tears to my eyes!!!
They do a fabulous job. Just what I asked for. I've been to a lot of nail salon. That being said this Fancy Nails is now my new go to.
The staff is nice and my nails always look fabulous.
I absolutely love my nails! They turned out even better than the picture I showed her.
