Ms. Kim has been doing my nails and waxing for years! I’ve NEVER been disappointed. She always makes time for me if I need a last minute appointment. I get courteous service, not only from Ms. Kim but from the owner/manager Ms. Cindy. The attached picture is my “go to” look, with an occasional color change for the tip color, tasteful stiletto.
I’ve been coming here on and off for 2 years now. Never had an issue and always loved my nails. However today I went in for a full set and although the girl was friendly and nice my nails r awful. She not only hurt me in the process by trying to rush with the file she made me slightly bleed with the electric file tool. Her coworkers just kept looking at me as if they felt bad. I’m really disappointed by this experience and my nails as I spend good money at this establishment ,my nails r unevenly sized and sloppily done. The whole

I contemplated whether it was worth it or not to say something to the manager. They were about the close, and I didn’t wanna embarrass the poor girl. Super disappointed that you wasted my money.
This was my first time at this business. I just walked out of the shop very disappointed because the nail tech did a very messy and rushed job. He was very rude and uninterested in his job. He didn’t clean up under the nails or polish the nails thoroughly. I walked out with nail polish all over my hands. I would never recommend this business. Stay away!!!! They do not live up to their name. Currently removing the nails to get it done at another location tomorrow.

Omg!!! I will never go here again!!! 1st of all they didn't go over my white gel polish with gel like they're supposed to, when I tried to make an appointment with "Tony" to get something "specific" done (I had a pic from Instagram) he acted like he didn't have time..."wait u dont have time to schedule an appointment?!, one that will cost quite a bit of money? Get the hell out of here I'll take my money somewhere else", which is exactly what I did!!
I went to "Stone Nail Bar" up behind the new Pepe's in Wtby they did a way better job than Fancy Nails ever has!!!!
I should have read the reviews for the business before walking in. Very rude and entitled employees. I just moved to the area and saw great work through IG and when I arrived for my appointment I was given such an attitude just because he didn’t know I had nails. After tugging on my nails I just walked out didn’t even let the appointment begin. He didn’t want to be bothered doing the work with my nails passing up on money willing to be paid makes you feel like you aren’t worthy on him working on your nails. Read thoroughly through the reviews they are very accurate of what you’ll get.
charged extra for shape and length of acrylic nails when I have been to many other nail salons and they don’t charge extra for this. Also was not given gel when I had asked for gel. Workers very rude. Rushed through doing my nails and nails came out crooked and uneven.
Went there with my friend and everything was a mess. We didn’t like our nails at all and workers were rude. Also they charged me extra for something I didn’t ask for.
