THIS PLACE SUCKS AT EYELASHES. First of all there’s no eyelash station just a random chair. The lady used HAIR GLUE. Yes, GHETTO HAIR GLUE not eyelash glue. There was clumps of hair glue on my lashes and I asked for cat eye she used scissors to shape them. Then I got angry because first of all you’re using the wrong glue and then it’s was MESSY AF, all over my eyelids and had nerve to ask did I like it. She said they last a week. A WEEK??! That’s how you know she’s doing a terrible job, my lash lady in the Jacksonville mall, uses real lash glue, beautiful job that lasts 3 weeks tops! I usually go to the mall but my lash lady wasn’t there so I went somewhere close. NEVER AGAIN. She does a terrible job and I doubt she has an eyelash certification. She’s also rude as heck and was mad because I was telling her this is not how you do eyelashes. She began having attitude and actually pushed me to sit back a little. Rest of their reviews are bad so I see why the place is always empty. She did my eyebrows nice and that’s the ONLY thing I would ever get from there. Flies everywhere, and I wrote this review as I was walking out the place. They ruined my whole mood I’ve never had horrible lashes. A bunch of rude people, they need to be shut down.

I wouldn't say that this was the worst nail experience but it was pretty close. First, the positives:

They are open at 9am and got me in immediately. The man who did my nails was friendly, as were the others in the salon. That is about it.

I really should have walked out as soon as I sat down and he began to brush away "yesterdays" acrylic dust and shaking the towel from the day before. But, apparently I felt like a staff infection and spending money to create a problem that I would later have to spend money to fix would be a fun adventure. The salon was/is dirty. They stand out front and smoke and do not wash their hands before starting work again. No masks either.

The nail tips he chose were oversized and then he didn't understand my requested oval shape.. obviously a language barrier. Once we established what the shape was he proceeded to shape them so lopsided I was concerned. I mentioned it and he scolded me saying, that he had a lot more work to do and he cannot fix the shape until he adds more to the nail. Again, I sat like a stupefied lump and allowed myself to be abused. The end result are lopsided nails that have so much extra acrylic under the nail that they are stuck to my actual skin underneath. And each nail turns upward to a HUGE degree. Also, my finger tips hurt so much that it hurts to actually type this review out and he cut my fingers with the nail file in the botched job. Clearly, I have boundary and assertiveness issues... I will never go back. But I can keyboard warrior here to tell you to STEER CLEAR! Pictures attached

I’ve been going here off and on for about 5 yrs and yes the service does suck only thing I get here now is eyebrow waxing, they need to hire women but are trying to keep the money in the family I suspect, the men do the pedicure and are very rough I’ve been cut on several occasions and Tina says Oh 1 mistake when it’s been several so I gave up on them.. Tina does the best nails here but can be very messy and rushes as well.. Henry is the rudest nail tech I’ve ever come across.. I suggest you find somewhere else to get your services because your gonna end up looking for a better nail salon afterwards

My experience was horrible. I’ve never left a review before but the owners attitude just did it for me . He was so rude and my nails look horrible

The Man Literally Split My Nail Trying To Take Off My Previous Set With His Nails and Became Sarcastic When I Said It Hurt And Then Proceeds To Glue The Tips To My Skin

My nails look terrible after I asked for them to be corrected twice and I'm really not sure if the guy understood what I was saying to him

Horrible! The guy went outside the front door to smoke, and didn't wash his hands after. The place was dirty. All my nails were sticking up, he didn't listen when I pointed it out. He said it was fine. No base coat, sloppy paint job, bad filing, and he ripped up my cuticles. Don't waste your money!

DO NOT COME HERE. The technician Henry became irate when I asked him to paint a piece of nail that was missing polish and to remove polish from my toe because he painted over the nail into the skin portion. I then told him that I wanted him to stop touching me because he was going to hurt me being as disgruntled as he was. He then ignored my request and proceeded to hurt me.

I requested he stop again at that point he got up began yelling and slamming doors. He then acted as if he was going to hit the older women there and raised his fist at her. It was absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable behavior.

The older woman and man were pleasant but I assume this is normal behavior because they accepted his actions. I am glad that nothing happened from there because I had my mother there and treating her for a day of spa. I obviously failed but don’t let my failures be yours. I should have read the reviews before coming here.
