Valentine’s Day nails!! Absolutely adorable! Y’all better go show some love ????????
I will never go back. I've been here a few times. The mother ( older lady) did my nails at first. Then the daughter did my nails. She was rude and very sorry with people that called or came in. I had originally given them 5 stars but after my last experience it dropped to 1. I wish I could've given them a-5 star rating.
They don't take appointments, which is fine. I went in and waited for my turn. When it was my turn the girl evidently didn't want to do my nails. Instead of calling me to her chair She tells another tech to let her have the customer she doing. I now have to go to the back with another tech. She gave no explanation as to why she put another lady in her chair instead of me. The other customer looked as confused and I was. I could hear the tech whispering to her customer and both laugh. I don't know if she was talking about me or not. Since she had no apology or explanation, I assumed the worst. As far as I'm concerned she won't ever have to endure doing my nails again.
I'm glad it happened though because had it not been for her being so rude I ended up finding a great nail place much closer to my house, and this place is open on Sundays!
Best place in the Shoals! You have to be patient! They do not rush through the job. That is why there is always a wait. I get the gel polish and it always stays on several weeks. I’ve gotten gel polish elsewhere that was damaged and cracked within a few days. That is not the case here. This is a locally owned family business and they work very hard to keep their standards high. I drive from Florence just to go here, and I haven’t found anywhere else that does a better job. ????????
They done a great job on my pedicure and mine and my daughters nails! They took their time and made sure they done my daughter's designs the way they wanted. Very sweet, and great prices!
3 bloody cuticles later...I wanted the acrylics removed and try dipping, I got filled and gelled and she tried to tell me it was the same thing. I just went with it because I was short on time and needed something done. But I wont go back, and neither will the friends who referred me to them.
I would have given them 5 stars, but she cut my toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding.
I'm diabetic and I couldn't feel it, but even when I got home to clean it up and to quickly take some antibiotics, it still bled.
Otherwise I enjoyed my experience there.
