I paid For 2 nights … it was horrible.. The Floor/ Carpet was so Dirty. I asked the to Vacuum . They said ok. But never came.. I would never stay there. Again. I was by myself so I stayed. I do not recommend this Motel!!!!!!!
I've stayed for a week the day staff is amazing and our housekeeper Melissa was super helpful and friendly! But that night shift Ms.Sandy is of no help and shouldn't work if she doesn't have customer service.Mentioned that my toilet is clogged and asked me what should she do about it and told me how to unclog it myself.And while I was picking up behind the bed because my keys fell behind found a dirty old dried up bloody tampon???????? who knows how long it's been back there

I am not one to leave bad reviews.... I always see the good in every situation.... I stayed here with my son for almost 2 weeks. The first night I noticed the walls needed a VERY GOOD WIPING DOWN! Ok I can look past that. The room we had was towards the back..... I noticed the company some of the other rooms had was steady at times... in and out all times if the night...none of my business! The white socks me and my son wore in this room had to be thrown away. That carpet was filthy. The bottom of our socks ..... black! The front desk ppl w were wonderful! Ok now for that last day. I was waiting to leave and it was taking a little longer than it was supposed to, but I had all my stuff together so the cleaning lady ca m e on in to clean the room.... now I did just stay in this room almost 2 weeks I remind you! I watched this room being cleaned! Omg! Nothing wiped down.... no cleaner sprayed whatsoever floor not moped, shower or bathroom not cleaned, AND THE SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED! ! I SWEAR! ALL THE LADY DID WAS MAKE UP THE BEDS. SHE DIDNT EVEN BRUSH THE ASHES I DROPPED ON THE CORNER WHILE OPENING THE DOOR! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS! WTH! ALMOST 2 WEEKS YAL. AND LOOKING AT THE OTHER CLIENTS THEY HAD. ... ALOT CAN GO ON IM 2 WEEKS. ..... WOW!
**WARNING**
BEDBUGS!!!! This hotel is not clean! My husband and I had to get a room because a water pipe under our house busted and we had to shut off the water until we could get someone to come fix it. It was late and we needed somewhere to go to shower. We got there and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in months. After falling asleep for only 3 hours, I was woken up by something biting me on my arm. Bugs!! We got the hell out of there ASAP! Reported it to the manager whom seemed as if she could care less. Needless to say I will not be staying there again.
Housekeeping staff was just beyond fantastic the office manager lady left a little to be desired but housekeeping more than made up for her and a lack of swimming pool. That would have also been nice having been broken down on highway 77 north and sitting out in the baking Sun for an hour til we found a tow truck and they got us to your establishment and suggested the best Italian place I probably have eaten at in my fourth years of life if I could rate them I'd give them ten stars that's how great it was
Conference/meeting room of good size. It is clean and restrooms of decent size. Parking lot close to entry. Good price to host baby shower or family gathering after a funeral like we did. Thanks.
Continental breakfast was great. But maybe someone drugged the coffee. Also, at 11:06 a.m., around checkout time, when I was trying to get a ride, the Manager came to my door & said if I don't
get out, she was going to call the cops. I told her I was trying to get a ride. She called the cops anyway & the cops came about 1/2 hour later. I left with my stuff in a shopping cart.
