I found this place online and I wanted mirco braids. I went in as a walk in. The ladies was professional to me and they done a wonderful job on my hair. I went back on March 5 as a walk-in again because I wanted my whole head redone because of new growth and some braids came out because my hair was short due to medication. My hair was redone around the front and the back in some spots look freshly done but the middle of my head wasn't redone and I still had spots that looked old and missing braids. I just wanted my whole head redone. But the ladies did do a good job and I think they are great at their profession. God bless them for all the hard work they do keeping ladies looking beautiful because braiding is not easy.

Appointment times do not matter, my appointment was at 2 and I am walking out now at 2:52. No one told me they would be with me soon, no one apologized for me waiting so long. Do not book online because it is a scam to take your 10.00. You have been warned.

I really wish I could give this shop a 0 out of 0! I got my hair braid of the lemonade braids small the next day my hair was coming a loose. I called and talk to the owner she said I must of put water on my hair reason it was loose. She also stated that she would not be correcting my hair.. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO ELSE WHERE!!

I got feed in braids and I absolutely love them. She was fast and did everything I told her. I will definitely be going back.

The best box braiders I’ve had in Montgomery. I’ve been to two different braiders before FA and FA braids is better than both. The braids are neat and professional looking.

I’ve used this shop numerous of times, because of how wonderful the work is and normally on a walk in basis . When I called on Sunday I was immediately text from the shops number and told “please text me” so I did . I asked for 5 braids and asked if I could come then, but told they were closed. So I was then asked if I could come the following day , I agreed but let her know I would be there around 5 as I got off at 4:30 . I was told yes, just make sure I text at 4 to remind them . I text at 3:40 instead and never got a response . So I decided to stop by instead , when I went into the shop there were several people already seated . After being greeted I was told “oh we’re not taking anyone else today” … I feel like that was very unprofessional considering I had been speaking with someone regarding the appointment . You would think scheduling an appointment would be a better option than walking in , but in the case it was the total opposite .

They are nice and they are great braiders but only thing I didn't like was one day I made an appointment and some people went before me and then this time I decided not to make an appointment and do a walk-in (they accept walk-ins) but they told me to come back after 2:00p.m. I got there at 9:00a.m. first person sitting in the chair but she had to finish her food once she finished eating at least 10 people were in the building. I don't like I was turned away being that I was first and the other people was late.

Update: You guys never called me because I never left my number on the sign in form do not lie just take accountability... I just decided to go somewhere else
