I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother, who does not write well in English.
Sangita is very skilled in shaping my mom’s brows & does a perfect job, every time. Mom has been going to this place for 5+ years. Mom looks forward to her appointments & loves the friendly service.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I went here with fully grown eyebrows came out with literally half my eyebrow gone! I don’t know who gets these people licensed or how they even have a business if they don’t know what they’re doing. No shaping, no clean up nothing just spots in my eyebrows. & when i told her hey look what you did here she just brushed it and says not it’s ok it looks fine. clearly it wasn’t.
I have patronized Eyebrow Threading since 2013 and they do a very thorough job. They work well with my disability (not being able to use my left hand) and have always made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend!
The whole time she worked on my brows, she was distracted. There were times I saw that she wasn't even looking at what she was threading. I should have told her to stop then. I didn't feel the cut stings until after I left the store. The cuts scabbed and stuck around for a couple weeks. I have learned my lesson and will not be coming back here.
I ve been coming here since 6 yrs . I never been disappointed so I recommend everyone to come and have ur eyebrows look perfect. Facial hair removal service and facial massage services also available here. Thank you ladies ????
Technicians have good customer service skills. It's convenient and never much of a wait. They do great with eyebrow maintenance.
Wish they'd let me post the picture but it wasn't working but I was excited to try this place I seen the reviews and pictures and I loved every last one the thickness the shaping etc so when I went I was expecting the same thing I told her keep them thick as possible and even showed her a picture but I came out with thin eyebrows that weren't even shaped and when I told her to at least shape them she said "I did girl" so I just felt really rushed cause there was a customer sitting in the lobby she probably had a appointment but I called and asked if they did walk ins and she said yes I was very upset my boyfriend didn't even wanna pay at that point but I did because that's just who I am never again will I go here!!
I've been coming here for a long time, over a year now. All the other times have been good. I've always gotten the service I needed with decent results. This last time however, I had my eyebrows threaded and it was awful. I felt like the lady who did it, threaded so hard, my skin was caught in it. It might've been because they store was busy at the time I went in, but that was no excuse. When the service was done, she didn't wipe off the excess hair from my face. I went into my car, having to use my tissues to dust them off. I left there this last time feeling really itchy where my eyebrows were. Some redness was normal, but then the swelling began. It was red, swelling, and itchy the rest of the day.
Next morning I woke up, I found these red marks where she threaded my eyebrows. Never had this happen before in all the times that I got my eyebrows threaded, so I was extremely disappointed. It was a shame I didn't catch her name. I still want to come here though, because the other girls that helped me before were really nice and did a good job. I just hope I don't get this same girl. That's the reason why this place gets a 3 star instead of 1.
