Very insensitive and insulting. I just purchased a mask to be respectful of her business to get my services done so she felt safe. She proceeded to cover my eyes and nose with the mask while threading me and my mouth needed to be closed doing the service. She provided a cloth mask for 3$ extra and did not have a disposable mask. After i told her I could not breathe and I didn’t want my nose covered she proceeded to say she didn’t care about my business and she has to keep herself safe. Mind you mask are not mandatory in Baltimore county or anywhere in the country. This is bad business and As A black woman I refuse to be intimidated or disrespected while receiving services. If she doesn’t care about her clients and their safety as well as her own then she needs to shut down the shop and do different work. I am highly upset and will never be back and make sure everyone I know that I’ve sent to her doesn’t either. She did not do my service that way 4 weeks ago.
