My daughter took me to get our nails done for my birthday, she ended up paying 80 for both and her nails are awful. Mine are okay, could of been shaped better. But hers are uneven, rough underneath, bubbles and are dull like a matte instead of shiny. After asking to have them fixed the girl put an extra layer of the pink color on and no clear coat then disappeared. No tip was left and we will not go back.
I took my 13 yr old daughter here to get her nails done. She showed a picture to the tech and was in tears when we left this is not what she asked for at all. The sticker they put on her nail was already peeling on the way home. They rushed through her nails we were there right at 45 minutes. I was charged 80 for her nails and a polish for my boyfriends daughter I even tipped once I saw my daughters nail I was furious I tried calling to complain but I guess I will just have to go in there in person to get a refund it was absolutely terrible I could of painted her nails better at home
Daughter and I came in for full set acrylics today and had a great experience! Nails turned out beautiful, they did exactly as we requested, and were super friendly and welcoming. We will be returning soon!
I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly. The girl that did my nails today was professional and was very sweet. I don't like long nails, I can't do anything with them long, and I always get a french manicure and she did and excellent job!! The prices are comparable to other salons but the HUGE difference between here and other places is that they are not mask Nazis here. If you want to wear one, no problem or pressure!! I would recommend this salon over any in the Johnson or Bartholomew County area!!
Always enjoy going here for nails. Chi has amazing skills for designs. Everyone is friendly and atmosphere is great!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, came here thinking I would give it a shot because I’ve yet to find a place I like in Columbus. Pedicure was awesome the man was very kind and listened to exactly what I wanted and asked for. Went in thinking I wasn’t going to get my nails done but decided since I enjoyed the service with pedicure I would give manicure a shot. Bad idea!!! Usually I get gel polish but I decided to switch it up a bit and do dip powder.. I went in thinking the man was going to do my manicure nope.. I got a woman that rushed it, and cut my cuticle to pieces .. made me bleed And then I mentioned it to her she put medicine on it however still proceeded to charge me $48 dollars for dip when it looks like a 2 year old painted my nails. There is missing splotches on the sides of my nails that I pointed out to her.. the dip isn’t even, never EVER going here again!!! They are a rip off just take your money elsewhere you’ve been warned!! Pictures posted are right after walking out where she thought putting Vaseline on the cuts would help cover it up.. wrong now I’m in pain and my nails look horrible thanks EXPERT nails! I’ll be sure to spread the word on how horrible you are.
It’s been a week tomorrow since I’ve had my nails done. They look awful .. they are cracking and peeling, and my cuticles look gross. My job isn’t hard on my nails at all so I don’t get it. I’ll never go back there. Smh.
Went to their salon to get full set Christmas themed nails. Asked for as what first picture looked like with a dark red color, and it came out with an orange-like shade. Told the lady doing the design that I asked for red and she proceeded to put an orange color on with the glitter that’s on the rest of my nails. The man cut my fingers a bit and nails turned out clumpy. Pricing is a bit over much. I’ve been here about 3 times. The last time I went here, I got black nails with glitter and a moon which was an okay price. I brought a friend with me and we told the lady no dip powder. She then goes on and puts orange dip powder on my friend’s nail. Her nails were about 60 bucks and mine were about 50. Plus tip so it was all my money in total of 120 bucks. They continue to move around people to do my nails and it just wasn’t working right.
