I have been going to excel nails for gel pedicures for the last 9 months and have really appreciated and enjoyed the quality of the service. Today I went in for a gel pedicure and asked for a standard manicure also. The pedicure quality was the same as usual - hence the 3 stars. The gel pedicures would get 5 stars on their own. The manicure, however, was not good. It was done at the same time as the pedicure which made it far less enjoyable and the quality of the manicure was poor. The technician used the grinder tool to scrape some of my cuticles and then did a very quick file and a clear coat (what I asked for). They looked awful. I was never offered anywhere to wash my hands or given a hand wipe after they were sprayed with nail polish remover so I didn’t realize how bad they were until I got home. I had to cut my nails, re-file and trim my cuticles when I got home. I should have saved my $25. It’s disappointing. I will go back for pedicures but that will be it.
Came in before my wedding two weeks ago and my gel manicure is still going strong! I love that they didn't do super heavy layers so it seems to be lasting longer than the ones I usually get in California. Very professional and clean! Love it!
They did an AMAZING job!!! i used to go to a different place closer to where I live but this place is so much better. I payed less for even better quality nails. I will 100% be coming back. Customer service is also v good! 10/10 experience.
Had a wonderful experience. I am from out of town and decided to take my Daughter in-law for a pedicure. The people who did our pedicures did a fantastic job. They were so kind and considerate. They went above and beyond to give us great customer service.
Staff is very friendly and the environment inside was very clean. I was able to get a same day appointment for a full acrylic set and the person who did my manicure did a beautiful job! I'd definitely recommend this place.
Good place to get your nails done.
I'm from NYC and was in Claremont for an event. Staff is courteous and 100% recommend this nail. My nails look pristine and the young female tech did an amazing job.

I always go to the lady she is the best :-)
And definitely get the gel polish, it makes a world of difference! You can stay with just the regular acrylic and get the gel polish and you are totally good to go, never break a nail in between appointments ;-)
My nails were not filled all the way so they already looked a week old I had a broken acrylic nail under the gel nail polish my nail polish all of my hands I had bubbly dots in my nail polish
