This was my regular takeaway, had been eating from there since it opened. But it has drastically gone downhill! Last time i ordered it was well over 2 hours late! My children had gone to bed by the time it came. I rang after an hour and was told its on its way which wasn't true because it took almost an hour and a half after that. No apologies either. Will never buy from here again. Bad customer service
Waited nearly 3 hours for food , they went to the wrong address when specifically repeating the number of address, then to charge double for delivery when it wasn’t my fault. Food wasn’t the greatest and cold. Will not order from there again.
Terrible. Messed my order up and then said they couldn't bring me another one... or if they did it'll be a while because they are busy...
Ordered sweet and sour. Was given curry.
Was offered one next time.. for free or a reimbursement... Not really acceptable. I wanted it now. Going to have to cook now. Defeated the whole point of ordering

Often use this chip shop but disappointed tonight when I had my fish and chips. There was so little actual fish that it should have been called batter and chips.
Food is always overly greasy. Also found the woman who worked there quite rude. Have her £10 and she didn't give me the correct change. I confronted her about it and she states she was sure that I gave her £5. She then proceeded to ask everyone else in the queue whether they witness what I gave her. Last time I will go there when desperate.

Ordered food on Saturday and the batter on my chicken balls wasn't cooked same with the jumbo sausage which wasn't cooked either and I also ordered chicken which was pink so that obviously wasn't cooked, wasn't happy because all my food basically went in the bin what an absolute waste of money. I will not be ordering from there again absolutely disgusted!!
