I travel a lot and have gotten my nails done at a ton of places, whether walk in or appointment, and I hate to write a bad review BUT these were the WORST nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. I was a walk in for a full set of dip and my wait time was longer then the actual appointment time. I was rushed through the ENTIRE appointment, she barely prepped my nails for dip, didn’t touch cuticles, and didn’t even out the nail lengths at all so they’re all different sizes. The nail tech all but threw my hands around from how rushed it was and even the lady next to me commented on how fast she was going. I was not impressed by their dip color selection either, overall a super uncomfortable experience and will not be going back.

Stafford, Virginia , USA Sylvia 4⭐️ = amazing. Oct 2021, everyone can come in and enjoy. Located in Brafferton Shopping Plaza you enter into a nice escape for pampering. The technicians are all ready to get the clients in a chair and feeling good. They do take walk ins but their appointment book is pretty full. The hair salon is in a separate room from the nail salon which can easily accommodate 40 or more at the separate stations. You’ll be offered a refreshment and there’s a nice small bar for preparation. Even the bathroom is equipped with the latest technology toilet. If you live in the area or just passing through for the day, take advantage of this relaxation spot for an hour or two.
Had a wonderful champagne and rose pedicure with Sophia! She was so attentive and gave a great massage! They also had a cute snack bar for Mother's Day ☺️
I mean what can i say, better and lower prices than a few of the places I’ve been going to. I got French tip, the place I had been going to charges me $150 for French tips. Not only is this place so much cheaper, they’re better. Everyone was extremely friendly the nail tech that did my nails was awesome, super sweet and funny. I LOVE it here. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend.

Let me explain why:
My sister in law and I went here for an over due nail date. She suggested this salon because she's been here before, but only to get a solid color on her nails..never french.
When I walked in there, seemed so beautiful and nice so I was really excited to experience this place. The front desk lady asked what we wanted, we told her mani/pedi. My sis in law got some guy and I got some lady ( I don't remember her name or chair #) . We got the scrub ( which was very nice because we were exhausted and needed some TLC. That part was awesome until she started doing my toes. After she finished my toes , I didn't like them because the lines weren't good and you can see the width change on different toes. I didn't have a lot of time because we have to get our kids so I remained silent, and said to myself it's all good we all make minor mistakes. Then we went to get the mani, this is where I got frustrated... don't get me wrong, nice lady and nice convo, but her French applying skills were mediocre. You can see my nails weren't filed correctly in the pics below and then again the lines for the French just suck so bad. Then on top of that, she missed many parts of my nails with the clear coat. I left a good tip as well which made me mad because I shouldn't have given that much for a service I didn't like. So, I will NEVER return to this salon ever again and I will make sure I bring my sister in law to my preferred nail salon in Fredericksburg.. Save your money, and your anger. $100 wasted. Never again !!!

I am posting 2 more photos on how my nails looked this morning after getting them done last night. WHY DID THE POLISH CRACK AND LIFT? this never happened before and now I want my money back !! I am BEYOND FUSTERATED!!

I've never particularly left a review for any business before; but I felt as if this one needed one. My mother and I went to this salon, and this was our third time being there. We had gone in for mani/pedis; and they had sat us down in the pedicure chairs to wait for the next available nail tech. It took around 40 minutes to start, compared to the 20 minute wait time they had told us we’d have to wait.
When we started, everything was going pretty well. I went for the callous treatment, and all was fine until they had got the scrub sponge out. When she had begun to scrub, she did the first foot fine; but scrubbed the top of my toe on my left foot. This caused me to get an abrasion burn on the top of one toe (as seen in picture). This, followed with the nail care products that ended up in the cut was pretty painful.
After that, we had the manicure. She cut my cuticle way too short, causing my finger to bleed and leaving the nasty cut (shown in the picture as well.) After we had paid and left, on the way home we had figured out they didn’t even put gel nail polish on our nails. It had been just the original acrylic nail polish, after they took gel nail polish to put those on.
The experience had cost close to 200 dollars in total (both of our prices combined).
This review was not meant to offend any people involved, I just wanted people to know of an experience. She seemed talented, and it's one experience of a customer out of many.
I used to come here often, but when I stopped by today, I remembered why I started going other places. As I was standing there, checking in and asking a couple questions to make sure I registered for the services that I wanted, the phone rang. The clerk immediately answered the phone, and didn’t put them on hold! She continued the conversation with the person on hold while they were making an appointment and figuring out what fit their schedule. While I was standing there in front of her waiting. I feel like the person calling could’ve been put on hold for 10 seconds. Let’s pay attention to the customer in front of you first! And provide an estimate of the wait time. Not a vague “we will be with you in a few minutes”. So sad to chase good customers away.
This place has been getting worse & worse. This was my last visit. Had an apt for 4 they said it was at 3. Moved it to another mail tech who had a major attitude. The story goes on & on of the bad service. It just appears that they are so busy they don’t care to loose clients. It’s more like moving cattle in & out.
