Terrible experience. They messed up my hair I was beginning to lose hair, if it wasn’t for finding another hair stylist I would be bald right now. The lady was nice but just ruined my hair.
Mal servicio al cliente tuve que ir a Rosys salon ahi por la cardenas para arreglar lo que me hicieron! Pesimo servicio y luego se enojan nomas porque le dices que le bajen a su actitud y te tratan como rata despues de que te dicen que no deves nada!???????????? lastima que no puedo subir imagen de mordiscon que me dio la maquina de la senora amargada! Ahy ustedes si no me creen y si supieran el drama que me hicieron nomas por no aceptar un trato inapropiado!

Mal servicio, las estilistas se la pasan hablando mal de los clientes enfrente de otros clientes se la pasan criticando y en el chisme, a mi me hicieron un cambio de color y me lo dejaron horrible no fue lo que pedi, ademas de lo caro que me cobraron cuando ya me habian dado otro precio y ni hablar de los estirones que me reventaron el pelo.
Completely different than what I asked for. Not even the same pattern. The woman didn’t even blow dry my hair with a brush and curled my hair still wet. My hair was smoking . I hope nobody ever comes here !
I been getting my haircut for about 2 years now. I will recommend you to make an appointment is faster than showing up and hoping that no one else is there. It's always busy.
