Made an appointment a week ago , she was able to get me in earlier . Works at a great pace what usually take 8 hrs in the city I was out in 4 for medium mid back boxbraids . Definitely going to be a returning customer.

one of the girls had a tude and in the middle of doing my hair took a break to eat for 30 minutes. i got medium box braids right near my chest and it took 4 hours. and when i asked if they could put beads they said it would be $20 more. they did come out very nice but this is two days later and my natural hair is already sticking out of the braids. this place isn’t horrible but you could definitely find somewhere better that isn’t so overpriced.

The back knotless because I knew regular box braids were gonna hurt and be tight so after she did a few of them I asked how much is this style she said $320!! So my daughter who was sitting behind me said mommy it don’t look good so I asked if I can see it I saw and immediately I said no it looks ugly and not worth the money I clearly told them it’s not there fault I will pay for the work they have already done she told me NO that I can leave I never asked for my deposit back she also made me take them out my self before I left which is why I’m upset I was not gonna leave a review but that caused me to the lady doing my hair also kept shaking her head and they were laughing there was another lady who was very upset also they ripped her who side of her hair out and didn’t even care she was so mad she left bald please be careful guys

This was my first time coming to this shop and I loved it! Epiphanie was so professional, meticulous in her braiding and truly cared if I liked my style..which I loved. The shop is so clean and spacious, the prices are reasonable and the service is timely. I will be back!

They do not deserve one star. A negative five star is more suitable for this hair braiding salon. The only two stylist in the shop are very rude and disrespectful. They talk to customer nasty and they are dismissive. They lack proper communication skills. They make certain customers feel unwelcome. They have very poor customer service. The braids are uneven and the parts are not lined up correctly. Their prices are extremely high for very poor service. It seems like they are charging you extremely high prices to practicing on your hair. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

This was my first time coming here, and I was very pleased. I have very thick and long hair, so I was assuming that my braids would take around 3 or more hours. However, I got knotless box braids and it took only 2 hours. I got exactly what I wanted. The hospitality was also very nice and I will definitely be coming back.

First time going to this salon and I agree with most of the reviews. Booking the appointment involved making a deposit by taking cash to the salon but was otherwise easy. I understand that you can use Zelle too. I did passion twists - individual braids. Epiphanie called to see if I could come an hour early, which I did, and I was out of there after 3 hours (her estimate was 4). The braids are done excellently - I am looking forward to doing regular box braids or twists because of how neat my scalp looks, the salon is very clean and Epiphanie is a professional. I recommend this salon.

They only got a one star because I couldn’t give them zero stars or negative stars. Both ladies were very nice and respectful, the braiding process was fast however I will never go back. She charges way too much…. It’s highly overpriced for vety poor work. 100 for 6 braids, and then she was supposed to follow the stitch in hair that I paid for was not followed. Lastly she used some hair products that I believe I was having an allergic reaction to because I was itching and swelling so bad. I took the braids out the next day. They are amateur braiders don’t waste your money. You will highly disappointed.NEVER AGAIN!!!
