Kayla did an amazing job on my hair! Everyone was super friendly, I felt super comfortable, & right at home! I definitely recommend Kayla!

I love Epic Salon, they make me feel like family! My family of 5 have been getting our hair done there for over 8 years. The best part is they are affordable and listen to what you want. Amber regularly does my highlights, color, and styles my hair! I feel so pretty walking out of there.

In addition, they have a massage therapist, Grover, that my husband and I go to regularly. He just knows where all those little pains are and works them out. His hot stone massage is amazing, I highly recommend!

I got their info from the local Facebook page. The stylist I made an appointment with was friendly but I wasn't aware she had never done a color job before. When I went in she had another stylist there to guide her and tell her what to do. She consulted the other during the entire time she was doing my hair which made me feel not very confident about what was happening and somewhat like a guinea pig. The result was what I expected. She kept me informed along the process. Although the dye was not completely rinsed from my hair and scalp. I'm not entirely sure why she kind of stopped rinsing it out aside from she just didn't really know what she was doing. She cut it how I wanted and offered to curl it. On top of buying a bunch of overpriced bottles of product, the bill was outrageous. I got a complete wash, cut and style, including two bottles of product, at Robert Jeffrey's in Chicago for half of what I paid at Epic. I think my experience would have been much more pleasant if she had passed me over to someone who was more experienced in coloring and there wasn't another woman cutting jokes and being so passive about what was going on with a new client. She did say that she would fix any problems I had with it if that happened. Bottom line: If you make an appointment here, be aware that everyone has a specialty and make sure you are getting the right stylist for what you need. Confidence is everything when you are trusting someone with your hair. I give them three stars because she ended up doing a good dye job and she was friendly enough. I probably won't go there again.

I got a Gift Certificate for Xmas for Epic Salon. I haven’t got an actual hair cut in almost 10 yrs & was EXTREMELY nervous. I finally found a hair cut I really liked & talked myself into going. Unfortunately it’ll probably be another 10 before I go back because as I was afraid, I didn’t come out with what I wanted but the lady who cut my hair was very friendly so I guess it could’ve been worse.

My twelve-year-old daughter, my four-year-old daughter and myself just had our hair cut by Amber Kast. She did a great job on our hair but more important was the really good atmosphere, especially for my four year old. We will be asking her to cut our hair from now on and I highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you Amber.

Dude is awesome.. Takes his time and gives a good haircut.. Straight razor if wanted.. I dont get one but he took the time to show me what it was about..
