Came here for my birthday nails with my cousin on a Saturday at 11:00 AM. My cousin made an appointment through Instagram with Tim.

The location was easy to find, but the address on Yelp is wrong. Their new location is on swift road. It is located inside of a small mini mall. There is ample amount of parking. The decor inside is absolutely gorgeous. It is so chic and perfect for pictures!

This was the perfect place to feel special and get pampered for my birthday. It is a beautiful place in general and the staff is very friendly/welcoming. During our appointments we had the pleasure of meeting Ken, Kendra, Nicole and Tim. Again, everyone was friendly, and very accommodating. All staff had on mask. You can pay cash, card or quick pay!

I have been doing dip lately, but wanted longer length so I was going to do fake acrylics, however, Nicole let me know that they can just add a tip extension to my nail and still do dip!! I was so happy as dip is less damaging to your nails!! This is the first nail salon I have been to that offers extensions with dip powder. Also, Nicole let me know the salon is BYOB. Yes, you read that right, BYOB!

I highly recommend to come here for your next service or a special occasion. Besides nail services, they do offer waxing, eyebrow tinting and lashes! I recommended to come for the experience, but also too for the outstanding service and detail to the service they provide. Tim and Nicole’s work is amazing. They were nice but they charged me 80 dollars for plain black acrylic which Tim rushed through. He left them very lumpy and on top of that I asked for Matte black and he was so in a rush because it was close to closing time that he left them half glossy half matte and some part of the nails isn't even painted at all. Total ripoff. Not worth the hype. They don't even try to help you fix anything. Not coming here again.

Love coming here, they are perfectionists here so you know you’ll come out of here with beautiful nails. They’re all so good! Especially Ken and Nikki they do such an amazing job, as you can see from my picture!

Nicole has always been my go to!! Love her work and personality!! Tim and the entire staff are also great! This location is very cute!! Love that there isn't any TV's and it's just the music! Good ambience! Call and make your appointment.

Absolutely love Tim and Nicole. They do amazing service and they make sure it’s done top notch. Reading these reviews make me laugh because I feel like it’s all BS lies for anyone who gave them less than a 5 star rating. They’re very open with every client, personable, and are just amazing people. They can legit do any nail design you want. Never had an issue either.

First time at Epic. Tim was awesome..love his work and technique.

We serviced this client, provided drain cleaning services. Epic Nails issued us a check, then cancelled the payment after we left the business. Refuse to answer our calls and do the right thing. We believe in having a respectable character. Performing a service then not compensating the company is a very good reason to consider the moral character of the business. Good luck to all who buy from this business.

I came in for a NO CHIP manicure. Within the next day, all my nails started lifting, I also noticed that the paint was over my skin. Which is not suppose to happen. I paid for a no chip set but not even a day after and it started chipping. I’m usually a regular at this salon and when I spoke to the manager in regards to my poorly done manicure. After waiting a couple of days, they offered me a repaint, I had asked for a refund due to the fact that I had to go else where and spend more money to have my nails fixed. Right after that's when the manager, Nicole started adding extra restrictions that I was not made aware of prior. She stated that the repaint HAD TO BE THE SAME COLOR AS I GOT PREVIOUSLY, SAME LENGTH AND they were ONLY giving me till the end of this week to come in and get my nails fixed mind you it’s FRIDAY. Nobody stated that I had a time limit. As much as I appreciated the offer, I personally didn’t feel comfortable going back to a salon that messed up my nails and had all my nails chipping THE DAY AFTER. After I had politely asked for a refund the manager stated to me that they don’t do refunds because “they work hard for their money” AS DO I. And then she’s going to state that “it’s common sense” that I would go to them to get my nails fixed within the time limit they gave me when IT SAYS NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT ANY OF THESE POLICIES. And I told the manager that, that’s when she hit me with “no we don’t because it’s common sense” EXCUSE ME?!?! Not only am I extremely unhappy with my results, I lost my hard earned money to a salon that uses ZELLE that claims they can’t refund me my money. And is only giving me until TOMORROW to get my nails fixed. I will NEVER give them my business again. They don’t even clean their tools properly. Pulling them out of dirty drawers with a whole bunch of dust when they’re suppose to be in alcohol. ESPECIALLY after you had use them on another client.
