I've been here twice now. First the positives. The salon is in a nice looking strip mall location with decent parking. I was warmly greeted both times I arrived for my appointments, and the wait time was minimal. The nail tech from my first appointment was nice and did a good job. She was happy to fix a small issue with the polish and she seemed like she wanted me to be pleased with the job she did. When I was unable to get a fill-in appointment with this same nail tech until three weeks later, my nails were still stuck on with no lifting.
As for the negatives, I came in for my second appointment and was told when I walked in that the person I made the appointment with was out, so another woman did my nails. I wasn't thrilled with the service this time though. The manicure and pedicure were among the most basic I've ever had at any salon. Most of the time was spent filing off the gel polish from last time, so I really didn't have much of a soak during the pedicure. The foot scrubbing was very minimal as was any lotion application. Honestly, my feet look better when I use sugar scrub and do them myself in the shower. When she did my nails, it was actually painful since the file got me a few times.
My nails are not uniform in shape and length, so I will file them myself to make them more even, but they're not horrendous. For the cost, I am pretty underwhelmed overall though. I've been to other places where the basic mani and pedi includes more, so while there are some positives here, I'm on the fence about returning. Like another reviewer said, you might need to experiment with different people.
UPDATE: I just had a fill at a different salon. All but two of my gel overlays had to be redone. They basically popped off with minimal effort! Yikes! I wasn't super confident with the last service I had, but again, if you like this location and are happy here, it might be best to try a few different people because I definitely had a better experience the first time.
I came in for a Pedicure with an Appt. The place was clean & peaceful and the techs are very professional. My pedicure was rushed and I had to use my own pummel stone when I got home to scrub my heals. I noticed some techs work harder than others on there clients so try them all until you find the right one. I will go back and try another Nail Tech.
(would give NO stars if possible) SO BEYOND RUDE. As a first time customer, I walked in and politely asked how long it would be a gel manicure.. the disrespectful employee answered “Not today.” after eyeing me. I came in business attire. Regardless - this is NOT the way you treat a potential customer. Will NOT be returning and will make sure that it is known of the rudeness that occurs here. The two customers that were in the shop looked in shock as she answered me so rudely! Please don’t waste your time and money at this place!! Colors weren’t even updated.
Customer service is amazing. Ladies are friendly. Salon is clean with a tranquil ambiance. They have quality products and alot of colors to chose from. I thought the price was a bit expensive. Jenny did a great job with my powder set. I wasn't impressed with my pedicure however. The young lady who did my feet was sweet but did not pay attention to tiny details. My heels needed to be scrubed a bit more to remove the dead skin buildup and my toenails were not polished properly. I would recommend this salon but ensure that you are getting what you want.
Absolutely love going here. My French manicure always comes out so beautiful. They are appointments only which I love no more waiting hours to get my nails done.
Loved the cleanliness and the efficient staff. 2 days later and the polish still looks great! Just regular mani-pedi...
I liked this place because it was quiet and not crowded. The regular costumers there seemed to be personal with the staff which always tells you how great the customer service is. Don't forget you need to make an appointment before showing up no walk-ins at this time!
My experience here was not good at all. At first I thought it would be good because even though I didnt have an appointment, they let me be a walk in and took me right away. I was wrong. They were still open for another hour and a half but the lady who took me was clearly in some kind of rush or racing someone to finish first because I have never in my entire life seen someone do my pedicure in like 15-18 mins. I soaked in the water for a whole 3 minutes. She didnt push back my cuticles, she literally just sat the tool on my nail in the motion but didnt push my cuticle at all,
She ran through all the steps way too fast and when I said something to her, she shrugged it off and laughed. She literally put a dot of clear top coat on it and the color isnt even covering my entire toe, it is missing corners and is an extremely sloppy job. I will NEVER go here again or refer anyone. I have never in my life not tipped someone for their work but today was the first day. I refused to reward her poor effort to make the client look good.
