Extremely disappointed ! Had an appointment at 5:30 called 3 times twice no answer. 3rd time I tell her I’m running 10 mins late I’m rite here i’m automatically told I had to reschedule I mention I’m not far and I thought you close at 7 I’m rudely told yea but we like to go home and cook for are kids and stuff. Beyond unprofessional response look I get it and I would have reschedule no problem but to have someone speak to me as if I’m an inconvenience or an annoyance when I’m paying for the service is just rude. I genuinely felt mad uncomfortable on the phone with this person. Why would I want to reschedule now. I get if I was being nasty but I genuinely was just asking why it’s a big deal I’m 10 minutes late when they close at seven and my appointment is 530 there honestly was no need for such a rude response. I was looking forward to my appointment and having this be a permanent spot for me but obviously my business isn’t needed.

My nail tech told me $55.00 and I did not ask for a receipt although when I got home I checked my banking app and was charged an additional $2.30! I traveled far to try this new place although I am slightly disappointed because if there is a surcharge for using a card it should be CLEARLY stated on paper when paying or verbalized to the costumer! Prices here are more than other salons to begin with! Just a heads up for anyone paying with card!!

Envy nails is the best place to get your manicure and pedicure. Very clean and the workers are very professional. Jury is wonderful always trying to make the customer happy.. she is great at pedicures too.. Envy nails is the best!

First time and I am impressed. Very friendly staff, very clean. They did a great job on my feet and gel manicure. I usually have to go into the city to get nail designs and a good scrubbing pedicure. Well I found my new local spot. The lady took her time and did a great job and they did the exact design I wanted. Very happy w the service I will definitely be back.

I am grateful for every time I go Sindy does exactly what I want. I have not experienced much negative once I had to wait a bit but it’s expected when I don't have an appointment an there are people before me. And since there is always room for growth maybe having better organized nail polish. Aside from the small wait and nail polish hunting so far so good. I wish I could post a picture of my beautiful nails.

I had my prom nails done here in the past and I liked them so I decided to go back, but for whatever reason, every time I'm there now I'm NEVER helped. Today I sat there for over an hour and watched as they helped literally every person who walked in after me. Evy Nails charges absurd amounts of money for atrocious service and I would not recommend to ANYONE. Go to Fancy Nails on Cornwall. They're friendly, fast, and charge a decent price for great service. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to to leave this review

My first visit was pleasant. The nail tech was very nice. My problem was i return after 3 days to have 3 nails repaired. After that I had another nail chip so bad it was shorter them all my other nails at this point I had no choice then to return to my regular nail tech. Will never fo again.

I don’t like ending reviews to places that I like so I will start with negative and end with positive :)

Negative:

- I had a 10 o’clock appointment and ended up waiting an hour. However, I was 10 minutes late without calling so she could have probably thought that I wasn’t showing up which is understandable

- The sign said there a full set is $25 and up so I was hoping that as she was asking if I wanted this or that, she would update me on what the prices were and how much they said that was going to cost and I knew it would already be $10 more because I got gel color on top of acrylic so I was expecting to spend the most $40 but I ended up spending almost $60 which was definitely way past my budget and that was not including the tip that I gave her. I know on two of my nails I had gold mirror effect but I was not aware it would cost more and it didn’t come out gold and she even told me that next time she will do it differently so it looks gold.

- she did not do my cuticles or do the hand lotion thing when you finish at the end so I was pretty ashy LOL For how much I was paying I was hoping to have that nice little oil they put on your cuticles to give it that extra nice look but for how much I was paying I was hoping to have that nice little oil they put on your cuticles to give it that extra nice look but I guess that cost more or something

Positive:

- I liked that she continuously made sure and confirmed with me if I like something or not and was very nice

- Quality of nails turned out nice and they were all even.
