This is an absolutely amazing salon. The staff are all super attentive and friendly and Hayley is absolutely PHENOMENAL. My hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave!!
Amy Rabideau always gives me top tier service and I always leave feeling like a brand new person. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well. They make me feel like family every time I come.
Amy is absolutely magical with hair! There has never been a time that I didn't absolutely love it <3 She always makes me feel so beautiful! I've been having her do my hair for over 10 years and now she takes care of both kids also. She's definitely my go to for life!

I recently went to Encore Salon with high hopes. I wanted my hair cut, a few inches taken off. I saw Allie, who was a complete sweetheart, but my hair is so choppy and uneven. I didn't notice it until today when I washed my hair for the first time since my cut, and blow-dried it. It should have been a fairly simple cut, I have pin straight hair that is fairly thin, and I requested a cut that was very simple. My requested cut was just a haircut with no face framing or layers. Very simple. I am extremely disappointed, and even more disappointed because to get it fixed I will need to take at least another inch off.
