You should not have a business that primarily caters to people of color if you intend to be colorist and have poor customer service if they are not purchasing what you deem to be “worth it.” Each time I have gone to this store I have been met with the utmost disregard, unwillingness to help or answer questions, and just down right ridicule. It is unfortunate to experience this with anyone but even more so with another women of your same/similar race who will treat you worse than because they may be approaching closing time. If you are able to take your dollars where they are valued, this store took advantage of an area in need and because of that believes they can treat people as poorly or completely disregard them as they please.

I was blown away by the customer service I received from Mike and Jimmy. They were so nice and knew exactly what we were looking for. Offered options and we ultimately made a purchase. Do not hesitate to come here for you hair/beauty needs.

They have a great selection of wigs, haircare products and more. Also, the staff were very knowledgeable about their products and gave me great opinions on what worked for me. You must check this place out.

I love this store and it being so close. They have great prices on hair and products. The owner is always really nice. Thank you ????

I just left there about 2 hours ago , the customer service starts right when you walk in. The owner was so helpful and very nice. It was worth the drive from Columbia Station. This will be my go to hair store!!!! They also have their own human hair which feels amazing. You have to go and see for yourself! It’s a one stop shop, the prices are the best in 50 miles. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This store use to be my go to until after today, last time i went in i told the owner i was on a budget and needed some good hair and he recommended me a synthetic brand that he claim to be 100 percent human which was about 30 bucks, i tempted to install a little of the hair which got nappy extremely fast and was very stringy and thin, i do hair myself so i can tell if the hair is human blended or synthetic, i went in and asked if i could exchange the hair for something else because the hair wasn’t a good fit for me he argued me up and down about the hair and told me i could only get less then the amount i paid for the hair in store credit, i went to find a option to suit me better and i hear him talking about the hair and what i said about the hair to other customers in the store and continued to argue with me on the way out about if the hair was fake or not and how many people come to purchase the hair, which is fine but have some respect and understanding for the unhappy customer that trusted your word in the first place and tried to support your business over some trash hair when i coulda went any where else. But with that being said I won’t be back very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
