They do really good braids an appointment is not always needed based on how early you get there 1st come first served and make sure your getting what you want before they get carried away
I have been getting my hair braided here for years. The ladies here are so nice and friendly. They give me tips on how to keep my hair growing. The price for the braids is reasonable and of good quality. I recommend anyone wanting braids to stop in because you will leave happy ????
I’ve been going to Emmah for years! She was more humble when she braided out her house! I personally like her and supports her business but she’s often overbooked and my daughter waited two hours and had to leave! The lady who braided my hair never disappoints me but the prices went up but not the service and they could work on that! If the lady with the baby not braiding my hair I won’t go!!! My main problem is the overbooking and everyone has the same appointment with not enough staff! I recommend this place if you’re willing to wait but I’m a little disappointed about the business aspects and that’s a shame because it’s a black business!!!
Emma is nice, the place is clean. But the last time i got my hair done it was uneven and the hair was unraveling and extra frizzy all in the first week. I got there at 9am and they didnt start until 11am. I sent emma a text and explained that i was very disappointed with the wrk but she never replied back. For the amount of money i paid for it to last less the a month is unacceptable and for the reason it my last time there
I got my hair done AUGUST 1st It’s Now AUGUST 20th and my hair look like this I’ve been going to this shop for 3 years and I have never had to deal with this they are very unprofessional they had to call somebody in and she didn’t even arrive till 11am/12pm this style only take 6hours but it took her almost 8 hours she was taking her time and making all my braids different length I was sitting in this shop for 10 freaking hours just to walk out looking a fool I will never give these people my money again they need better workers and a better appointment system plus over charging for color hair come on now that’s too much and just started doing it no this place has become horrible
Terrible customer service. Allegedly changed prices and charge for color hair. Braiders are disappearing and the ones that's there braid terribly. I will never go back to this shop, she will continue to lose customers, very unprofessional.
I came for a 9:00 appt. The lady arrived and started braiding about 9:45. Even though she didn't finish until about 3 she did an outstanding job. My hair is long, thick and l have a big head. The last time someone just french braided my hair it took longer. This lady gave me individual box braids and used no less than 6 packs of hair. I will definitely be back again and again.
I’ve been going to her since I was 17.. she’s very knowledgeable and extremely nice. She takes her time with every single customer she gets. Her shop is always clean and her staff very friendly. Shes my to go person for my hair! She has never disappointed me! I highly recommend Emmah’s hair braiding..
