Very good service, I been coming here for the past 3 years. It a pleasure working with them. Excellent! Best grooming in the area.

Took my mother in laws dog to get her nails clipped after they neglected to cut them for months. She had one curled up piercing her skin. They took very good care of her, and took the time to explain to me how bad it was and how to properly take care of her nails.

The dog is Tiny, 8 pounds and she bit the groomer and he didn't make a fuss about it at all. I will be bringing my own dogs here and my mother in laws dog regularly here from now on. Very clean & Great service.

I took my puppy to get a bath, hair cut and a nail trim. I was super happy with the results! Plus they gave me free hair accessories, she looks adorable!!! Amazing customer service! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!!????????????

I took my dog here bc of the reviews but once I got received him back my dog had cuts. Did bad customer service.

Horrible Customer Service.

An OK grooming, however, there are so many groomers within a 5 mile radius, why put up with bad communication and rude encounters.

When I leave my fur baby at a groomer, I want to know that he will be taken care of. The service here was better in the past, but it has really gone down hill.

The groomer just stares at you as you walk in and ignores any greeting offered. He looks irritated, and I hope that he doesn't take out his frustration on our pets. There's a teenage boy who has absolutely no people skills. I wonder if he's taking notes from the groomer? Everything is purely transactional, abrasive in tone, and lacking of standard etiquette.

When I come to pick up my fur baby, it's that dry, annoyed demeanor once again. I guess he'd rather be somewhere else. Again, this makes me question my choices. I felt like I probably shouldn't have left my dog with them. If they didn't want to be there, they could probably care less about my baby.

It's a number. You pay that number. And then they walk away. Nothing else. So I excuse myself from the shop.

I won't be returning. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT take your dog here. I would give zero stars and I felt like this was necessary to be said. I took my 2 dogs and they said it was gonna take about 4 hours but when I called they said they weren’t ready. We waited another another two hours and they said they were not done yet. We waited a little and went to the place since it was about to close. We walked in and we heard them talking and treating the dogs including mine very poorly. My dogs were not provided with food nor at least water for more than 6 hours. They did not even do a good job cutting my dogs hair and when I got home they were so scared. Plus they put some bows on my dogs hair which were way to tight and close to their skin. So if you’re looking for a good place where your dog gets a good service DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!! Unless you want to scar your fur babies.
