I’ve had Amazing service, results and wonderful banter with the ladies in this salon. They have introduced new techniques as well as reasonable prices. I’ve used 5 different ladies on occasion and have gotten consistent work . I’ve been given advice on the health of my nails and how my ombré nails will last longer. Pedicures are also amazing and very reasonable. I’ve been to many nail salons in Charlotte, Elite nails is my favorite.

I enjoy going here for my toes and nails. Today Claudia did my set and could practice more on Polish. I think if I got a gel set she would have killed it! I would go back to her just for gel. I still liked my set because she got the shape and acrylic perfectly. Other than that I still like this nail shop. Tommy the owner is welcoming as always!

Got fill in asked to have cut down it was drilled unevenly instead of simply cutting as requested. Polish and nails started to chip very next day as not enough acrylic was applied to the top area where she drilled unevenly and then blamed it on the fill in. Simply asked to repolish my nail that was chipped she refused shaved them all down which did not help because all my paint is chipping and she shaved them unevenly 100 dollars down the drain!!! Never going back they can save the horrible polish and attitudes….

This place needs a cleaning and some incense. It smells horrible. I've been twice and each time it has a horrible stench and it's not acrylic or a normal smell in a nail salon. Also, ask for prices upfront. Not 100% sure why their prices aren't posted and i won't assume, but something is shady about there not being prices anywhere listed. the photos you see with prices are old pics. Went for a French pedicure and the nail polish was chipping before we left. Same with my daughter. She has two nails where the paint was chipping. If it wasn't for the smell I would have asked them to fix it but I couldn't be in there anymore.

Great place for Pedicures and Nails! Staff is friendly and helpful. Have been here on several occasions and never a wait for service.

Very nice... got lashes and eyebrow tint from Mallory. In and out great customer service and she did a good job. Tint should've been a little stronger then i would've given a five star review. Will definitely go back

Absolutely love this place! Great services and friendly staffs. I haven't never written a review so far til now. They recently do many improvements from customer services to quality. Clean, no overwhelming odor, good selection of polish colors. They always welcome me with a drink. Especially, they are now offering the eyebrow henna which can save me hours every morning not late at work. Definitely be back!
