I love the experience every time I go to get my hair done they always leave me feeling beautiful and my hair feeling healthy and silky. My blowouts last at least 2 to 3 weeks when I go get it done at Elegante!! I always recommend my family and friends to go there as well. I cannot wait for my next blow out.
Hands down the best ???????? salon I've been to in VA. I haven't had a blow out inna while. They got me in n out the heat wasn't too too hot my trim was on point and she styled my hair exactly like I asked her. She didn't cut my hair as a trim at all. She even dried my shirt. The energy was awesome everyone was nice. I have tried many salons and was disappointed. Reminds me of my home salon back in Cleveland ????. I am finally happy to say I found a salon home.
I absolutely love getting my hair done by these professionals! The attention to detail and enthusiasm to ensure the customer’s needs/wants are met is unheard of! This will forever be my goto for as long as I live in Virginia. Thank you for all you do!
I wouldn't go back to them i naturally have curly hair, they straighten my hair back in November here it's is January and my curls have not return, I've washed my hair multiple times and could smell the scent of relaxer. One of the most upsetting things ! Haven't had a relaxer In 17 years !!
This place is suspect AF. They might not want to cut your hair if you're not related. I was told midday Saturday that I needed to come in for an appointment on Sunday. When I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, there was already someone in the chair with my barber. 50 minutes later, they're still not finished. Thanks Carlos G. Only one other male customer waiting to go after me. The shop was filled with smoke from the dudes vaping. Made my eyes dry enough I had to stand outside in the rain. I noticed the ladies on the other side of the shop didn't appreciate it either. $40 for a haircut deserves a better experience than this. Maybe, because they're not Supercuts or Haircuttery, they think they're better than everyone else. I'll find another place.
Zero stars!!!!!!!!! Though I tipped well for them to detangle my hair they still charged me 200 dollars. I got a color in my head I didn’t ask for. The staff is rude! Don’t waste your money here. I gotta walk around with orange hair when that’s not the color I asked for. I made sure they knew and they insisted that it was the correct color! I wanted a dark burgundy my hair is bright orange. But I still paid for the service however will not be returning.
The stylist the tall dark skin lady that did my hair use an excessive amount of heat, she is very loud rude and aggressive. I kept asked her not to do that but she kept talking Spanish with the other ladies. I was so frustrated about my visit, it’s sad because all the times I’ve come here I’ve never encountered this type of service. As a result of her unprofessional behavior and all the heat my hair fell out when I washed it. I kept telling her it smelled burned and she said it was the brush, I was so afraid to wash my hair so I waited two weeks and when I did it was just coming out by the handful. So disappointing. I plan on letting them know asap. I have to cut my long hair now because of this. I refuse to have dried hair and fried ends that’s not healthy. This experience will cost me some money to have someone else fix
I’ve been coming here for 2 years and they’ve always treated me well. Today I came in and my hair was knotted from a bun i had , Francesca was pulling my hair apart LITERALLY , instead of using a comb , i then requested the comb so i can detangle it myself. She then brushed me off and sat elsewhere , she called over Marta and marta came to assist me and detangled my hair in 5 mins , she took care of me there on and ofc I had to tip her for actually wanting to help . I don’t normally have a problem here but I will be using Marta going forward
