Kelly and Jack have been doing my nails for almost a year now and i refuse to go anywhere else. They are always so kind and friendly. Great customer service. Amazing job with nails. My nails normally didn’t last longer than two weeks but ever since going to them they last for 3-5 weeks! Best nail salon I have ever been to! I will always recommend them! Prices are really good. If you are looking for a great and clean nail salon, this is the place! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
They always do such a good job! Kelly took her time on these and they came out even better than the picture I showed her of what I wanted. The atmosphere is always so wonderful and they are very nice people. I would recommend over and over! The only place I get my nails done when I come in town!
I love Jack & Kelly at Elegant Nails! They are so sweet, and both do a top-notch job every time. Appointment only as it's just the two of them. They are the only nail shop I've been to that the gel polish doesn't destroy my natural nails. It's my favorite place to go. They take interest in their clients, they remember if you were going on a trip, the remember your dogs...etc. Always engaged in conversation. Kelly hand-painted my xmas nails today, such a gorgeous job! Took her time to get it just right. Beautiful!!
We made appointments as they only work by appointment. We had pedicures here. Excellent pedicures. The couple is very nice and they are very skilled. The only thing that I would say could use improvement is that the shop is cluttered. If it were not cluttered, it would look more professional, and look sleeker and cleaner.
I have been going here for 4 years & tried plenty of different salons, I ABSOLUTELY ALWAYS GO BACK TO KELLY & JACK! ♡♡♡ they're truly perfectionist & the nails never looked more natural with consistency every single time. They also wear up 2 a month and a week! I'm a server! They're the only nail salon I'll go to. Love yu Kelly & Jack!!!

Jack and Kelly do an amazing job! They are easy to contact for an appointment and always sure to contact you prior to your appointment to ensure your service is started on time. I highly recommend them!
I would like to share my experience from this nail salon. I just recently read a 1 star review which was TOTALLY uncalled for. I have been using this nail salon for a very long time (over 10 years) and have left VERY SATISFIED EACH and EVERY time! You know why? Because I know this is a busy shop and I follow the rules! It’s not “All about me!” A sign on the door CLEARLY states “By Appointment.” Kelly and Jack do amazing work and are very caring people! I have so many compliments from my nails and I also refer many people there. I also say to them…. “You need to call them and make an appointment!” They do have a lot of clients. So…for the “ALL ABOUT ME” people saying they are just “standing around,” TRY making an appointment and go in for yourself before being so quick to rate them a one star! Such a shame how people are so quick to rate with negativity without experiencing the full service! Their shop! Their rules! You need to give the respect and follow the rules or just go elsewhere!! No need to feel you had to rate a 1star just because you couldn’t get your way! This is their livelihood! Take your ridiculous review down!
