This was my 1st experience at elegant nails in Vancouver. I moved nearby and wanted to try this place since it’s two minutes from my new home! I was lucky to get an amazing nail tech, Tammy, for my very first pedicure! I opted for the “volcano” best pedicure and it was amazing. It lasted a good amount of time and she does amazing massage! I felt she did a quality job and did not cut any corners or time. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and removed my old shellac. She did a great job applying the new shellac and took great care in my experience. Overall the customer service was friendly. Every team member greeted me with a smile. I will be back to see Tammy at Elegant Nails! Very impressed!
Kim is the best ! She did my nails exactly how I wanted ! She's funny and really listens to what you want ! Highly suggest this salon and Kim! Very nice workers

Holiday ready nails, very thin nails, and exactly how I wanted them. everyone is really nice at the salon.
This is an average nail salon. The wait was short, the cost for a pedicure was fair and the cost of a manicure was pricey ($65 for both, before tip.) The technician appeared bored and cut me twice. She also made me leave after five minutes - before I was completely dry.
Now that I’m home, I actually change my mind... I’m super disappointed. My nails are too short, my cuticles are cut up, and my skin is super dry, two hours after a the deluxe spa pedicure. (I know I have ugly feet, but come on!)

Absolutely love getting mani/pedi here. Relaxing, always on time, but never rushed. Hannah has worked here for many, many years and it is exciting that she and her husband are now the owners. They are some of the most gracious and kind people I have ever met. It seems most of the clients are 'regulars' as I observed nearly all of them being greeted by name. Thank you Elegant Nails!
My friend introduced me to this elegant nails. I loved all the services and all the ladies are very kind, nice and sweet. I always have my nails done through Mimi. She is a very talented nail artist. Love her opinion, it always worked out for me.
