the only place ill go for my nails. comes out absolutely perfect every single time. no matter what shape or length i ask for its so beautiful. ask for anna she is the literal best. makes sure to know exactly what i want before we start and has insanely great attention to detail. personally i only ever get solid black nails but i like to change up my shape at times. u wont find anyone better
If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter went in and to get her nails done. She showed the manicurist what she wanted. She didn’t get the design at all and her nails were angled up. After we left I made my daughter call them back and say they need to fix them. They agreed and I took her back on a Wed.. My daughter called me in cause they made her pay the full amount AGAIN! The new manicurist tells me she did a whole ”new” set when she didn’t do that. She added new polish, simple 2 hearts with the correct color and filed the nails down and pointed the tips. I told her we came back for a fix not a “new” set. My daughter paid over $100 on nails that still aren’t fixed!
I will make sure everyone I know knows how they do business and tell them to go somewhere else!
Was very busy today. It took a lot longer then normal to get a fill and eyebrows done. One tech took my name and number and said she would call me in an hour. No call. 1hr15min later I go back inside to use the bathroom and notice she had started someone elses nails. I sit back down and patiently wait.
I ended up getting Pam who did my nails and eyebrows. She did amazing detailed work. She listened to what I wanted and used her own creativity (what I asked for) and I left happy with my nails but annoyed that I was there for 4 hrs for a fill and wax.
Got a polish change but my nails look like I painted them myself. Pedicure was alittle better. They also charge 3.00 to take off gel polish. Smh
Stopped in to just get a full set removed. They were very nice but it took much longer than other places I’ve gotten removals (took about 35 minutes) and I was expecting the normal maybe $10-15 since they didn’t have pricing listed or mention it. There was no soaking the nail with foil which I’m sure is what speeds it up and A drill was used to do the full removal which I don’t like because I have thin nails already and she used the drill on the part of my nail that had grown out and did not need to be filed…. So thanks for that. Also the removal cost me $27.00…… I don’t know if this is new pricing for removals but I only had clear acrylic with a French tip so I don’t see why it was so expensive. Again they were nice but I will never go back.
Its getting closer to my birthday and I decided I'd let myself get my nails filled, I wanted to say thank you to these ladies for getting me in . I believe it's Beth that was the one who did my nails today wanted to say thank you as well to her and that I appreciate it.
Hubby and I both got mani/pedis. We are boyh very pleased.
I came in with nails all filed down from a previous salon who apparently couldn’t do what I asked. Tammy and her crew got me right in, went to work and they’re absolutely beautiful! Thank you Tammy and crew!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
