Honestly if I could give a 0 I would. Let's just say I needed to let my hair grow back 2 Months after coming to this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else on top of it they charged 40 dollars for a cut that my 5 year old son could have given me. Go to NY Harlem and Brooklyn its where the real Barbers are.
This is I best barbershop of my husband and son! I’m always happy when they does hair cut for them ! Always ❤️❤️❤️But only today my husband went there and I don’t know who did the hair for my husband ????????????it’s don’t look right like always. And my husband he was said today the guy did for me not the same one from last time, I told him u should go with the one last time I love the way he does your hair, anyway I love this shop and I’ll tell my husband go again but next time get the right one ❤️❤️❤️
"Customer Service Innovation" at a 5 star rating. Pedro and his team do not only offer great service and a exceptional hair cut but also deliver a great experience for their valued customers. A family type atmosphere where kids are welcome. The price is right also.
Went to this barbershop thinking I was going to get ”A1” service... I was wrong!!! As soon as I walked in I was asked who was I waiting for ( cool no problem) I replied that I wasn’t waiting on anyone. I wanted to see the work of these barbers before I jumped in the chair. The middle barber to the left presented his chair and told me to jump in so I asked him for PICTURES OF HIS WORK. He went and got a book with hair cut styles in it. I explained to him again that I wanted to see pictures of his work, then another barber explained to him in Spanish. He got agitated and told me to wait for another barber then went off in a rant in Spanish. The Barber didn’t know I understood what he was saying. He was very rude. I don’t understand what or why he would get upset about a customer asking an “Artist” about his work. With that being said I did not spend my money there and I do not recommend anyone else to.
This place gave me worst haircuts I have ever had. The cut was uneven. The customer service was horrible, not respectful at all. The guy told me to get out of the chair when I told him the cur was uneven. Just overall experience was horrible.
I enjoyed my first-time experience there Saturday evening! The barbers cut fast yet still do a great job. My only complaint is that I was sleepy and going to work right after my cut. Dozing off in the chair, I didn’t even notice that as the barber was shaving me in the end, he used Bigen on my beard hairline.
Now don’t get me wrong, it made my shape-up look official like a BAWSE! Except I found out a few years back that I’m allergic to Bigen. A day later and now my face looks like a puffer-fish. I wished the barber would have informed me prior as some customers have bad allergic reactions to certain chemicals - can even be deadly.
Despite that, I’ll still visit again. Next time I’ll just let the barber know not to use Bigen or better yet bring my own Kiss Express Color dye he can use that I’m NOT allergic to and won’t put me in the ER.
Great barbers. Very talented guys. Only down fqll is the price is too high. I just got a cut not shave or shape up and i paid 30 dollars. So thats outlandish. Otherwise would of fave it a 4 or even a 4
The only barber shop I’ve been to where you ask for a shave you get a shape up and the barber shaved my beard without using any shaving cream. Trimmed out the beard using a trimmer and then used a razor straight on skin. Not happy.
